  Treated horribly by the ***************. In all my 30 years of dealing with people in 48 states and ******, I have never dealt with this kind of craziness from someone in charge. They over charged us twice and are still holding $245.00. I told ***** I had 2 dogs and needed a price for June 30 to July 3 including tax. He sent me email for $423.16 in email, they said I did not get a quote for the dogs so we got charged $482.08. What came off my card was $578.50. I did not give my correct phone number or address and used a different email for my own personal reasons. We woke up at 3:00am and at 4:00am we had dogs outside walking them and potty trip. The entire first floor was dead silent when I woke and at 4. Even when we left at 6:20am to eat there was no noise on the entire floor. Our dogs never barked once. This crazy GM said she had major complaints of dogs barking since 4am. I have the paper she wrote her lies on. We ate within walking distance, came back at 7:15 and still no movement in hotel. The toilet overflowed and the drain in the tub wouldnt go down so I couldnt even get a bath. I returned plunger to front desk. We covered the bed with plastic before we left to eat and gave our dogs a herbal medication that makes them sleep. We drove away and I was 13 miles away and had passed my exit. I called my friend to see where to go, at that time I saw her voicemail. So I went back to hotel and that when she went off the deep end screaming at me. Why didnt I answer my phone, because I was driving, then it just got worse. She just flat out wanted us out wouldnt listening to anything so we packed up and left. We got no check out receipt she wouldnt talk in any form of civil communication. I want a full refund and her fired from her job. No one be should ever have to be treated this way every!
