The np made up symptoms in my chart, did not do an Sri screening or an annual pap like I asked. I asked her not to make up symptoms. She was unable to preform the procedure and scheduled me for an ultrasound. I also asked for my annual and and Sti screening. She asked not to do those in my visit. When I came back for the ultrasound, there were symptoms in my chart that I dont have, I told the tech those symptoms should not be there, she told me there must be a reason they were there. I began to tell her about the made up symptoms portion and she looked away. Then I said, Im talking to the wrong person, I guess I should just be talking to **************** manager, ***** something or another, came out to tell me my next appointment was cancelled as I, threatened the practice with a ****** review dr. **** said, they dont like being threatened with reviews.

For anyone considering coming to this OBGYN for your pregnancy, I would consider going else where. I came here after I got my first positive pregnancy test to confirm my pregnancy and date how far along I am. They told me I was 5 weeks 6 days, and a couple of days later I experienced some cramping in my abdomen, I immediately went to the ** and they let me know I was having an ectopic pregnancy, with HCG level of 128. I followed up with the North springs OBGYN 2 days later to get my quant levels and it went up to 280. They said its going up normally and to come back Monday for quant levels and a ultra sound. When I came back levels were at **** and they seen no baby in my uterus, mind you during this ultrasound, the **** WAS REALLY ROUGH where I was in the verge of tears and inserted the Doppler as if I was her VICTIM and shoved it fast and roughly in me. To say the least I AM TRAUMATIZED. She was super fast as if it was her lunch. She did not talk to me at all to calm me and was disrespectful. After the fact they told me immediately I needed to take methotrexate the same day by 4 p.m., they did not even give me at least 24 hrs. to think on it and come to terms with it. I told them I wasnt having any pain anymore, no bleeding, no pain in my shoulder and I wanted to wait at least 2 weeks to check again, maybe I was to early than they thought. They immediately told me we can wait, but you wont make it to the next appointment. And really started to push me to terminate the pregnancy. I felt uneasy with how pushy they were being to me to take Methotrexate to terminate. They were rude and seemed as if they were irritated that, that me and my partner had questions about the fact, and that I didnt not want to go that route. I decided to get a second opinion from a different hospital. Two days later there was a healthy baby in my uterus. The pain was a ovarian cyst they thought was the ectopic pregnancy in the first place. Disrespectful, inconsiderate. Dont go here

Please please save yourself the time and money and never go here. I had an emergency visit to the hospital in December *********************************************** to follow up with my primary care doctor. I followed up with my primary care doctor who again advised me to go in for an ultrasound with my OBGYN. I was already an established patient with North Springs and had even been seen within the last year. I called North Springs and explained to them the situation and specifically told them I needed an ultrasound appointment. I asked for a cost breakdown of what I would be expected to pay since I am self pay. The receptionist I spoke to told me what I would be expected to pay for the ultrasound and appointment during the time of the appointment. Let me reiterate: she quoted me for an ultrasound and exam. The total of which would be due during my appointment (my ultrasound appointment) that I scheduled for the following week. The following week I showed up for my appointment and was brought into the exam room and waited for **************************** and we discussed my ** visit and explained that I was still having residual pain. He said he would be right back in to do a pelvic exam. I waited another ************************************************ and do an exam that took less than ************************************************************** not and RECOMMENDED AN ULTRASOUND. I explained that that was why I was there and he said there wasnt any time due to scheduling stuff. I was sent to the front and was expected to pay $200 for nothing and then scheduled out another 2 weeks for an ultrasound. I paid it but then later spoke with the practice manager, ****, and explained that I was told I would be getting an ultrasound and then told there wasn't enough time. She explained that the receptionists do not have the power to schedule an ultrasound and that an exam is necessary prior to being scheduled for one. I dont understand why that was never explained

    North Springs OBGYN Response

We are very sorry about your experience at North Springs Ob/Gyn. According to your review, Dr. **** ordered an ultrasound to evaluate for a cyst, but we had no same day available appointments for an ultrasound. We scheduled an ultrasound at your convenience in two weeks. It seems you were expecting an ultrasound at this office visit when we felt an examination and consultation with the doctor was the appropriate first step. Thank you for your feedback. We area taking your review into consideration as we are continually working to improve communication and patient experience. Erin, RN, practice nurse manager
