    i had them come out ***************** a quote to install an exhaust vent for a over the range microwave. i had some questions about the exterior and my stucco, the guy who came out could not answer them. he told me he just gives quotes and couldn't answer any technical questions. for the next 3 weeks i kept calling trying to get someone to call me back to answer my questions and no one would ever call me back. so i went with another business who would answer my questions and not waste my time. i want a refund for the money i paid to them. these people are crooks and complete jerks.

    Thank you for reaching out.  In review of your account, I can see that ************** was out for an extended period of time with an illness.  I am sorry no follow up was completed and I can certainly understand your frustrations.  We will be issuing a full refund by credit card of $69.90.  You will receive an email notice notifying you that the credit was processed back on the card you paid with.  However, the actual credit can take anywhere from about 3-5 business days to hit the account.

    My apologies for the inconvenience, this is certainly not typical of our staff here at BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air.  We do take your feedback very seriously and will take measures to improve our processes based on this feedback.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to **** have yet to receive an email about the refund, i really hope these people do follow through with the refund but after the way they treated me and couldn't even return a simple phone call, i am not holding my breath.

    We had hired Bullseye to do some heating work at our previous house which we were happy with (2016). So we hired Bullseye to do some plumbing work for us in our new house (in 2020). They quoted us a price (less than $3000 about $2500 if I remember correctly) and timeline (2-3 days) that we accepted both of. We re-opened the charge account THROUGH Bullseye, that we had used before for the heating work on the previous house, and which we had initially opened THROUGH Bullseye (Greensky Credit). Bullseye sent out 2 workers who did the initial work. But the work did not pass inspection. They send a new set of 2 guys, totally different from the first set. The new set of guys redid the work. It did not pass inspection again for the second time. They sent ANOTHER set of 2 totally new guys who redid the work again. It did not pass inspection again for the third time. They sent a FOURTH set of totally new workers who redid the work which finally passed inspection. At this point in time we were over 10 days into having a totally non-functioning bathroom in our house when the initial time quote was 2-3 days. Bullseye then quoted us verbally over the phone nearly $4500 dollars for their substandard, unprofessional, poor quality, way over time work. We called and asked to speak to a manager to discuss the substandard and unacceptable work, timeline, and final ****. They offered us a 10% discount off the final ****, which although laughably unacceptable, we accepted solely out of annoyance and wanting to be done with the whole ordeal. Bullseye were then supposed to charge the Greensky account we had opened and re-opened THROUGH Bullseye. Which account they NEVER charged. Now they have sent the whole thing to a lawyer and collections. We have no supporting documents because we have NEVER received a SINGLE piece of communication from Bullseye since we verbally accepted their 10% discount offer over the phone until within the last month a collection lawyer has started calling us.
