Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. ***** Guttman and C2 Financial. We found him to be of the highest character, professional in his approach and extremely talented in the art of facilitating our loan. We would use him over and over if the need ever arose. More than 5 stars if possible! ????????????????

***** was recommended to us by the ************************* when we inquired about a reverse mortgage. He was quick to respond to our call, listened to what we were thinking and offered us a product which seemed to fit our financial needs. He provided clear, complete information and as questions arose, was there with answers. He was always available when many are not. The entire process from the first call to closing was twenty-nine days and from our perspective could not have been more seamless nor any easier.The only drawback to the process was the eighty-two phone calls we received from other lenders wanting our business. Starting at 8:00 AM, six days a week, they was annoying, inconvenient and harassing, through no fault of ********* was a pleasure doing business with ***** and would recommend him to anyone looking for this ********************* WC2 Financial-Kevin Guttman Response

***,Thank you for the opportunity to help ************** I sure enjoyed meeting you both!Yes, unfortunately it is legal (currently, we are working to get it changed) for companies to buy your information when credit is pulled. It's sad 82 companies do business this way. And, you would think your personal information would be private. You can opt-out by filling this out online which is good for 5 years, or if you send in the form, it's good for your lifetime. ***** was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in need of a HELOC, quickly, in order to save my house after divorce proceedings. ***** gave me some other options as well, but ultimately helped me decide on the ***** and the amount I would need to consolidate left over debt. ***** was 100% professional and empathetic to my situation. ***** was also great about keeping me updated, even calling or texting me personally, after normal hours, to answer questions or let me know he had sent emails requiring my attention. There is plenty of work regarding the approval of a HELOC, and when I told him the timeline that I had, he started knocking out paperwork faster than I could reply. So happy to know *****. ***** and his team are all honest and professional. Loan process was as painless as a FHA loan can be. Are you on the fence about the value of a reverse mortgage? Don't be. ***** can give you information and examples that will make it all make sense to you. Great title company and closing process. No complaints what so ever. I struggled for 2 years trying to figure out how I could afford to retire and still be able to make my mortgage payments. I finally called ***** to see what I could do. He was at my house 2 days later and gave me all the details on a reverse mortgage. He covered all the details on what we needed to do, answered all my questions and took care of scheduling all the other details. Needless to say he took all my worries away and five weeks later the loan was finalized and the money was in my account. Now I'm looking forward to retiring soon and still having enough money that I can do some needed repairs on my house. ***** and his associate were forthright, always responsive, and tenacious in moving this particularly complicated application in and approved. I appreciated particularly that at the outset, when he thought that maybe a different tpye of loan (that he did not broker) might be better suited for me, he suggested I explore that before formalizing arrangements with him.C2 Financial-Kevin Guttman Response
