Rude and unprofessional. The girl who answered the phone is a rude moron. My car was towed - long story. I contacted the office and was assured that my car was secure. When I picked it up, there was LESS THAN 1/8th a tank of gas! I had just filled up the day before!Of course, the girl RUDELY responded, " We didn't have the key to your gas tank. How could we have used your gas?". I informed her that the key to the gas cap was in the car and that someone obviously siphoned it out. She had no response. Either someone at the company stole my gas, or they lied and did not secure my vehicle

The office lady is incredibly rude & unintelligent. I was calmly making small talk with her about the situation to which she responded that I was a dumb b**** three times and insisted that I get out and tow trucks for a living and that she would be contacting my leasing office because I think Im special and dont abide by rules well apparently they arent good at their jobs because Ive not once registered a car at this apartment complex and not once until last night has a car been towed. Maybe she should get in a truck and go do some work if shes so good at it instead of sitting in the office all day. Obviously not registering the car was on me, however all I said was that the leasing office picks and chooses what rules they want to abide by and when they want to JUST MAKING SMALL TALK. She lost her mind at that comment lol she should work out whatever thing is going on in her life. ** not a case of repossession as the car was a loaner because my actual car is in the shop.

They are thieves. I was legally parked and they stole my car in the middle of the night claiming it was inoperable. That car does move and I have driven it. I am furious and unable to afford to get it out. I am now out a vehicle and will likely lose my job due to not having transportation. They need to be shut down!!

Towed my car in less than 1 hour of parking at a friends place. $300 To get it out the next day. **** and not willing to work with me!

This company refuses to be in compliance with the towing bill of rights that were passed as of august 2022.

My car was repossessed. That is on me. I own that. However, this company is shady. They removed only SOME of my personal belongings. It looks like someone went through and just took what they wanted. When I went to pick my items up after retrieving my car from the auction site, I was told they were "misplaced". They told me they would look for them and then give me a call. I had to call them 5 days later. They didn't have my items (shocker). They attempted to shift blame to the auction site. Except the auction site didn't have my keys and they hadn't cut one so they had no way into my car. And if they had taken stuff out of my car, they would have taken everything not just a couple things. The only reason I'm not saying that I would give them no/negative stars is because they did reimburse me to replace the items they stole. But it shouldn't have been necessary.

Awful company. Their specifications are predatory and unclear. ******** Im the office is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with.

This place is awful! Ive been parking in the exact same spot for 2 years, with a parking permit, and have never been towed. They towed my car saying Im illegally parked. The person I talked to was so rude and nasty. Also I was not illegally parked and they still made me pay.

I am outraged!!!!! Midnight Recovery Towing ruined my car and won't admit that they in fact did! My car was towed in the middle of the night at the apartment complex where I reside. When I went to pick up my car the entire front bumper and grill were literally hanging by a thread. I demanded to know what the **** happened to my car and was told by ******** that that was the way my car was when it was brought into the lot. It was apparent that the tow truck driver pulled it out of the parking space from the front causing the damage to the grill and bumper. ******** said the tow truck driver pulled it from the rear which is IMPOSSIBLE because I always back my car into the parking space backing right up against the curb and bushes so there is no way they could have towed it from the rear. ******** is a liar and for some reason is lying for the tow truck driver. I made a police report and am in the process of pursuing a criminal lawsuit against Midnight Recovery. I also told ******** that I have video footage of my vehicle leaving work the evening the car was towed and it clearly shows that there was NO damage. I work for law enforcement and all the employees of the police department park in a gated parking lot so I have proof that my vehicle was completely in tact when I left work. This company is going down and I am doing everything in my power to see that it does. The truth shall prevail. See you in court Midnight Recovery!!!!!!!!!!!!
