If I could give NEGATIVE 5 starts I would have. This company will be great to get you into a car but if it needs service or you have an issue with the car, they treat you like ****.I have had my car 8 months and driving down the highway the transmission left me stranded on the side of the highway. Had it towed to Mile High and the guy at the inside treated me like I was scum in the gutter on the street. They couldnt bring me home, they wouldnt let me talk to the person in charge, they didnt even give a s**t about why I was even there in the first place. Never offered an Im sorry your car had to be towed. Nothing. Told me I could have a seat while I figured out how I was going to get home!!! WHAT!?!?!. My car sat in their parking lot for three days without them even looking at it. There were NO fingerprints on the hood (my car was dirty/dusty) from them even opening the hood. When I called everyday to get status on my car, the first day I was told by someone up front that the service manager was unavailable for the day because he had to **** cars from another city. The next day I called and was told they didnt know when theyd get to my car. In the third day I drive to the dealership and got my key ( they didnt even ask for proof of ownership when he gave me the key). I had it towed to a REPUTABLE dealership. Mile High Car Company needs to be put out of business

****************, When you purchased your 2016 ******* Santa Fe eight months ago, you also purchased a vehicle service contract. The service contract is good nationwide and can be utilized for covered repairs, granting the vehicle has been properly maintained and has not been involved in any major accident. The service contract also has reimbursement options for rentals in the case of a covered repair. Additionally, while we were willing to receive your vehicle on the tow truck, we did not have a scheduled appointment for your vehicle. At the time, we had previously scheduled appointments with other customers and we sought to honor those scheduled appointments as best we can. Your vehicle would have easily been added the following week, but it was picked up before our service department could fully diagnose it.Despite our scheduling, we did have an opportunity to pull diagnostic trouble codes from your vehicle while parked on the service line. We found the vehicle was in limp home mode due to a knock sensor code (P1326- Knock sensor range/performance). The transmission was stuck in limp home mode to prevent potential damage to the engine. Your vehicle is part of the ******* Theta GDI Engine *** that would possibly provide an engine replacement completely free of charge to you as a consumer. While we were unable to confirm this coverage due to the vehicle being removed from our lot, it is a likely covered repair based on the *******-provided diagnostic procedure. The *** requires diagnostic and repair at a ******* dealership, of which we can provide our recommendations. We did check the service history for your vehicle on CarFax and though there is no oil change records since your purchase, we did note that the vehicle has been declared a Total Loss Vehicle by the insurance company. If damage to the vehicle caused mechanical failures, be advised that there may be no coverage for repairs through your service contract. That would then potentially fall to the insurance company for a follow-up to the total loss incident. While we have been unable to assist in this current situation in person, we do hope that this explanation and subsequent diagnostic we have provided may assist in getting your vehicle repaired via the ******* dealer or your service contract. We are willing to answer questions over the phone, feel free to call.
