  Date work finished 4/18/2022 II just installed my backyard. I used The Designers & Vision Landscaping. They installed stamped concrete a few days ago and there are already a lot of cracks and the whole concrete is with bubbles. The company refuses to come back and fix it. I asked *********************************************** Landscaping if they don't want to come and fix, to give me back money so I can hire someone else to fix the concrete. They refused again. They also charged us a lot of money! Next step is reporting them to BBB and much more. DO NOT hire them! They are rude, unreliable and first thing they always ask for money! Thieves who take advantage of people! They have no idea what are they doing. Very unprofessional and 0 customer support and satisfaction. They made their employees work when it was hailing and raining outside! Even when I told them to let the guys go and come back when the weather is nicer - they made these poor guys work under the hail! They simply don't care. I made the biggest mistake hiring them. I need them to give me some of the money back, so I can hire real professional to fix the all. We paid them $17,350

  Dear BBBs:
  Designers & Vision, did a stamped concrete job in the backyard of ************************************ house. The work was completed approximately 4/18/22. The next day, ******************* contacted me to take a look at the concrete patio she had finished. I moved from ********, ** to *********** where she lives. She showed me small bubbles that had formed on the stamped concrete and I told her that that was normal in a stamped concrete job and I also invited her to inspect with me other stamped concrete patio jobs of other clients of mine so that she would know that I did not I was lying to her. At that moment, ******************* turned around, went into her house and left me talking alone in the backyard of her house. I waited for her for a few minutes, but then I had to leave. That's it.

  I am rejecting this response because:  BBB, you saw all the pictures I've previously attached. Not only there are not small bubbles, but big and a lot, but also the concrete is cracking and peeling. I've asked them to repair the concrete or refund my money, so i can hire another business to do the repairs, but they refused. You see the pictures, what else is needed to say? Pictures speak louder than words. I had 3 different companies inspecting the concrete, and all of then stated that the concrete was not poured correctly and it has to have 3 top layers, vs mine had only one. Also having bubbles is not normal according to the other contractors and it should not be cracking and pilling on the second day. I can get a written testimony or you can contact *** from LEM Landscaping ************. Also LEM Landscaping is coming back June 2 to do another evaluation as when they came first was only 10 days after the concrete was completed and they said they need 30 days to do another evaluation. According to them, down spout was installed wrong. Drainage is incorrect on the patio - water stays on top in paddles, 6" side of patio is peeling away by the crack, over 10 hairline cracks.

  The Designers & Vision Landscaping need to refund my money for the concrete repair.
