This is a criminal operation. I don't know how ******** allowed this to continue. My $300 Camera I sent to replace a HDMI port, they asked for approximately $400 to change it. I declined. They went silent and resurface 3 weeks later saying I owe them $800 plus for storage. I could not reach anyone and effort to pay their service fee of $89 was rejected. Now I am sued for $5000 for storage fees and breach of contract. This is a scam. DONT SEND ANYTHING TO THEM. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. You may be seeing this too late like I did. But just in case someone check ahead, please stay away from these people.

I have sent them 3 units for repair, they are unable to fix them and won't send them back until I pay over $1600. Their website states: Should the repair not be successful, the repair quote herein will be revised to reflect an $89 Initial Diagnostic Evaluation fee only.THAT'S A LIE!!!! You can't talk to anyone, all you get is an auto-email response. Nobody will call you when you request it and they are charging storage fees of $25/day when they are the problem. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING!!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK.

I had my CPAP machine for repair, after diagnostic I declined to fix it and send it back.After days the **** system was not accessible anymore, phone calls hasn't been answered.6 weeks later got an mail of charges diagnostics $ 89 and storage cost $850, I paid in full the money was substracted from my account but the defect CPAP devise was never returned.Many E-mails, phone calls to return the defect CPAP with question about procedure, timing and tracking has not been answered nor replay e-mail have been send.BIG SCAM BIG SCAM

THEY ARE SCAMMERS ! ! ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY KEPT MY MONEY, CLOSE TO $2000 HAD MY INSTRUMENT FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEN SAID THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....

This company is an abuser, they gave me a quote to fix my FLIR-176 for $500.00 which I accepted, but after 3 months they told me that they could not fix my FLIR-176 and that they would return it, now they tell me that to return it I have to pay $475.00 FOR NOT FIXING IT? It's an abuse, it's a robbery!!!. For a service company, they definitely has no idea what SERVICE is. Poor communication, poor ethics, and dishonesty.

If you're reading this, you may be one of the few who is wisely doing research before deciding to engage with ACME Revival. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I believe their business practices are structured in a way that exploits customers through excessive and unclear fees. Proceed with caution.I sent a projector, which I estimated to have a fair market value of around $300, to ACME Revival for repair since I didnt have any local options. They agreed to perform a diagnostic, so I shipped it to them. After a few days, they informed me that the repair cost would be $1,000over three times the projector's value. Naturally, I declined and was then told I owed $89 for the diagnostic, but they only accepted electronic checks or ACH, which I wasnt able to provide. After falling ill and being away from my email for some time, I later discovered my balance had escalated to $1,700 due to a $25 daily storage fee they applied to hold the projector.Since I refused to pay $1,000 for a repair on a $300 device and wasnt given any alternatives to pay the initial fee, they ended up suing me. By the time the case was over and I attempted to settle, the amount I was required to pay had reached $2,700, including court and process server ******* experience leads me to believe that this company relies more on predatory, hidden fees than on providing repair services. Beware of how they structure their policiesespecially around storage charges that can add up rapidly and unexpectedly. In my opinion, engaging with ACME Revival is not worth the financial risk, as the fees can quickly spiral out of control. Make an informed choice, and proceed with caution if you consider doing business with them.

I paid this place seven hundred sixty four dollars for the repair of my thermal night sight to be repaired. After having it for over two months and many, many emails asking for updates. They finally answer me back saying they cannot repair it. But kept all of my money siting expenses incurred during the attempt to repair ***** NOT SEND YOUR EQUIPMENT TO BE REPAIRED THERE. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

yeah, wish i had done some research on this company...they have the worse communications. I think my item was repaired but can not verify it as it uses a special cable. Will update once i get a cable for it. But the whole experience with them is horrible. I do not recommend this company even if it is the only one who says they can repair it. consumer be ware!!!

This company is a scam. They make their money on bogus storage fees. Your device will continue to accure storage fees by the day and then they will sue you for them. It's a total scam. Do not use this company.

Had my mini2 drone repaired by ****. Paid $262 for repair and it wouldn't fly upon return. Reached out to them and they requested screenshot of error messages, which I did. Since then, several attempts to get a response from them have gone unanswered over several weeks. Don't deal with these people.
