These people are thieves. They take money and never complete the work. They don't pay contractors, who, in turn, put liens on your property. They steal materials off of your jobsite, and steal any money you've paid them. They are habitual liars. They'll never complete your projects. This guy and his had 8 lawsuits filed against him in ******** alone as of 2023. Many more in other states. They're only in business to defraud their customers. Avoid these crooks at all cost. They should be in the penitentiary, much less operating a "business".

********************* and his company MyNine are the worst people to work with ever. **** was hired to do multiple projects on my house starting on 6/1/23, and not a single one of the remodel projects had been completed 9 months later. Of course he asked for money to start the projects and was paid on time every time he asked. i have been left with a mess, a half finished bathroom, unfulfilled promised work and the ugliest house in my neighborhood thanks to this company. I was quoted a reasonable time frame of 6 weeks for the entire project and was given promises of quality work. Promises that my house would be used as a model and promises that the work would be top notch. Along the way, my house was criticized and every flaw was pointed out from previous work. Excuses were given that it wasnt their fault for uneven laid tile and gaps in grout because walls were crooked, they used cracked tiles, chipped tiles, again not their fault because the tiles were shipped that way and the floors were uneven and they were trying to adjust their work based on how awful the original construction of this house. The work was not quality and he even sent out a shady inspector to try and prove the work was top notch! Turned out to be a friend of his and a report was never provided! More shadiness!! Workers came sporadicly and were late when they did show up. I was threatened by subcontractors because they werent paid by the company, They would sit in front of my house until I came home from work and yell at me about needing to be paid. The workers would tell me frequently that they havent been paid yet, they would pack up and leave mid job, and then return a week or so later for a few days here and there. Getting in touch with **** to discuss the work and a refund had been a challenge, an actual nightmare! He continues to make promises to meet, even to have a phone conversation and has yet to follow through. Stay as far away from this company and ********************* as they are a fraud and liars!

He hired my brother and still has not paid him in full we have insurance *** everything he asked for but he still said we are not worth the work we did we have emails *** text messages were he agrees owning use the money please help

MyNine Contracting rented equipment from the company I work for in May of 2023. He has not paid any rent owed, nor has he brought back our equipment. I have tried a number of times to contact him, left messages on his voice mail. No response. When he did call he was belligerent and threatened to *** us, for what? wanting our rental payments and equipment back? I just want to say that this company is not what they seem, stay away, far away.

This man is the biggest scam artist I have ever met in my life. He started a project of remodeling my bathroom in my small condo the end of August and to date it has not been completed. He has lied every step of the way and blames his workers whom are extremely unprofessional for not knowing what they are supposed to be doing. Im not sure how this man has not been sued or worse for the way he runs this business . I would not recommend this man to Satan himself.

We hired MyNine Contracting Corp. on August 22, 2021 to do an addition of a bathroom and closet off our master bedroom. We were told it would be 2 months for completion and that they could start in a couple of weeks. We chose MyNine due to the quoted time since time was a major factor for us. Right away we had issues when the initial project manager that sold the job could not get a start date from the owner. He ended up leaving due to lack of response from owner. I was told to contact the owner directly. The owner says it was all the project manager’s fault and he never should have sold the job. After weeks of excuses, inconsistencies and flat out lies, from the owner and his son, we broke ground on November 11, 2021. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t stop there. I was told in December we would be using our bathroom by Christmas (2 weeks) and when I questioned that timeframe he referenced the show ******* **** ******** where they build houses in a few days and claimed he could do that. Obviously, that didn’t happen. I have been told multiple times it will be done “this week” and it never is. When I express my frustration he then says someone will be here everyday until it’s done and then they work maybe 1 day or half day and never come again. It is now May 12th, 2022 and my project is not complete as we enter the 9th month. Throughout the project, the excuses, missed appointments, lies and just plain no responses have continued. I would never work with My Nine Contracting again.
