    The management team that they have here are a joke. They are terrible at communication. They way they treat their tenants is disgusting and they do not care about anything other than money. Ive have had them ILLEGALLY enter my apartment without a 24hour notice because they were the ones that got the dates mixed up and all they could say was sorry for the inconvenience.

    If I could give a 0 star for the way management team, leasing consultant and corporate treat the residents. From locking the doors on resident when they want to ask a question, not answering the office phones or if you do get someone on the line the leasing consultant will answer with a hello, I cant hear you and hang up the phone. No follow up calls or resolve any issue. Extra charges added to your online account with out explanation.

    I left one star because it is not an option to leave zero stars. I regret having signed up for automatic bill pay with this company. They, supposedly accidently, took extra charges from me frequently while I was there. The managers turned over so often that it took weeks to get them to respond to their errors, if they responded at all. It has taken me so much time to try to be reimbursed for their accidental overcharges, which still have not been reimbursed fully. They are complacent because they know how hard it for residents to resolve these issues which benefit them directly. During the time I lived there the leasing staff was rude, incompetent and frequently changing. I am so glad I left. Thankfully, there are many apartment options nearby, not as well marketed but much less expensive. I am so happy that I moved out, I feel like my money is much safer and I am significantly less stressed from not having to double checking and recheck my account statements constantly.

    Avoid this company at all costs. Service does not exist and they will only take your money for subpar properties. They lie, disrespectful and will not treat you as a human being. I'm serious.. places like this should be shut down. Pure greed.. there is no place for this in the housing market. This is people's homes we're talking about.

    The most disappointing thing is the outright lying the leasing professionals will do to you both on the amenities offer by the property and assistance provided by the leasing office. The second you sign your lease they turn on you.
