    I have moved from ******** in October, since then I have called and left multiple voicemails in addition to emails seeking change in my policy. I have received zero callbacks or replies and have resulted in calling other agents to try and help. I am still being charged by Michaels office and my policy continues to be altered back to my old information WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I now have multiple policies on two vehicles and two drivers because of their incompetence and lack of communication.

    We do have record of ***** calling the office, those records go back to October 2023.  We also have record of calling and texting ***** back in October and March.  Those are in the attachments.  State Farm Corporate controls all cancellations/changes to policies.  Once we send the request to State Farm Corporate, the timeline for it to be completed is out of my control.  State Farm Corporate system generates all billing.  That is also outside of my control.  None of their billing accounts were set for an automatic withdraw.  I am a little confused as to the nature of this complaint.    

     

    In the attachment I have phones calls from my office to ***** as well as a text message that was sent to him.
