            5 22-2024 myself and my wife spoke with *** at Lola beauty. We made a mistake and purchased $5,000 with a cosmetic supplies. Within 3 hours of this purchase we notified *** we did not want these items. *** said that we cannot cancel the contract which under *****'s remorse laws we had every right to do so. *** said the items had already been shipped to our home in ******* which turned out to be false they hadn't been shipped until May 28th 2024.When they arrived here via ***** on May 30th 2024 I took the box unopened to ***** and ask them to return to the sender wish they did. Can receive this package on 6 3 2024 at 6:55 p.m.We've attempted to resolve this with her via text messaging for our documentation and emails and she has refused to refund our money. She did charge our credit card $5,000. This business if they treat others like myself is not on the up and up. We would appreciate your contacting them at the ************* which is their address and have them return our $5,000 ASAP please. Thank you ***** and *********************. *********** never gave us a receipt for the items said that she would send it email which she never did and never has. We did not and have not received any of these items and they all have been returned to her unopened. We asked her more than once when she insisted she was going to ship the products regardless not to do this we did not want these products. We have documentation via text messaging as I said before it will be glad to forward those messages to you for your referencing.
