    We bought a 2023 Tahoe 200S boat from **** Pro Shops. On 12/07/23 we took the boat in for a small crack in the fiberglass, small tear in cushion stitching and the depth finder was not working properly. They took pictures to send in for approval of the warranty work. **** Pro has not once called me to give me any updates or progress reports. I have always been the one to call them. On 1/16/24 **** returned my call and had us bring the boat back on 1/25/24. We were told it would take about a month. There was no contact until I called 3/7/24 and was told it was still at the fiberglass company. On 3/27/24 **** returned my 3/21/24 call and had me call the fiberglass company and I was told that they did not have an approval to do the warranty work, even though we were told it was approved on 1/25/24. On 3/26/24 I called ****************** (the manufacture of the boat), and they were of no help. There was no contact until **** called back 4/16/24 and told me to call ******, from the warranty ********** of **** Pro Shops. I called ****** on 4/16/24, 4/17/24 and 4/19/24 and left messages. ****** called back 4/19/24 and stated that ****************** (the manufacture of the boat) stated that it was a scratch and not a crack. ****** said he may contact his manager. I asked him to please me updated, which he agreed to.Since 4/19/24 there has been no contact. I am very concerned about the condition of my boat, since I have not seen it as of 1/25/24. I have no idea what recourse I have.Thank you

    TMBC service manager, ******, spoke to the customer on 5/3/2024 and discussed the status of his boat. His boat was approved for warranty work and Caliber Boats have been notified to begin the fiberglass work. ****** will maintain frequent communication with the customer until the job is finished to his satisfaction and the boat is returned to the customer.

    Thank you for your patience while we make repairs to your boat. I spoke with our ****************** and our gelcoat repair shop, *************** I have found that the gelcoat repairs approved by ************************ will be completed by 5/25/24. Once completed, we will pick up the boat and complete the other repairs you requested. Our target goal for completion and pick up of your boat is 5/29/24. We will call you with updates regarding the gelcoat repair and date when the boat arrives back at our service center.     I am rejecting this response because:

    On 5/3/24 ****** called and stated that they will do a complete service. Fix all requested warranty work; including bleeding the steering so it is not so hard to turn as well as detail the boat.  Until I can personally see my boat to confirm all warranty work, boat detailing and complete service is done to my satisfaction, I am requesting this claim remain open.

    I am rejecting this response because: As of today (06/03/2024) we do not have the boat back. They keep pushing the date forward. The boating season is all most half over. I would like them to keep the boat and refund my money now! I can say this is one of the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a big ticket idea.

    Thank you for responding and I understand your concern. The repairs covered by WRMG Warranty have been completed by *************** We picked up the boat from them on June 5, 2024. We are completing the remaining concerns from your original appointment check-in and will be complete today June 6, 2024. Due to the delays with the boat repair at our sublet repair facility, we will complete a complimentary detail on the boat, and it will be ready for you to pick up on June 7, 2024. Thank you again for your patience as ************** had long delays with the repair. We do appreciate you and hope to earn your future business.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I am not accepting anything until we have had an opportunity to thoroughly inspect the boat.  All the warranty work must be to our satisfaction, because the boat has not been in our possession for 19 weeks.  Plus, I do not believe that Bass Pro Shops should place all the blame on Caliber and not take any responsibility for my boat.
