            South Eagle Flooring failed to ************* work recently that includes multiple code violations, not followed tiling **** practices as outlined in The **** Handbook for Ceramic, Glass and Stone Tile Installation handbook and generally poor craftsmanship.I have a wall the is still a plumb, a shampoo niche that is in violation of the *************** building code, sharp and jagged tile cuts, uneven grout lines, etc.

            *************** did not allow us to go back to the job site and finish all the touch *** and change a few tiles.

            I am rejecting this response because:

            If fails to address concerns brought up, including and not limited to: code violations, a wall that is still out of plumb, grout lines are uneven and as wide as 1/2 in areas, tile cuts are jagged and uneven in areas and generally accepted best practices outlined in the 2021 TCNA Handbook for Ceramic, Glass, and Stone Tile Installation, were not followed.

            Its unclear if the shower pan will pass a water test.

            The *************** will be conducting an inspection, an attorney has been looped in and few other tiling professionals have been brought to provide reports on the work performed by South Eagle Flooring.

            Mr *******, doesnt appear to be listed as having an ownership stake with South Eagle Flooring.  As such, my concerns rest with owner who is listed as **********************************

            My ask continues to be for financial compensation for the many things that still need to be corrected and that have been substantiated by trusted 3rd parties.
