            In late April 2023 someone used my identity to file for unemployment benefits. I reported the fraud in early May to Colorado and payments were stopped from initiating.On June 2nd I was laid off and could not file because the previous claim with my info was still in your system,In mid June, I uploaded all the personal documents that was requested of me to fix whatever issue your system has so I can file for unemployment benefits.It is now Mid-October and I still cant file ANYTHING!

            I have been waiting for 9 weeks to receive my unemployment. I am sure that I have made an attempt to contact them at least 50 times. I never seem to be able to speak with anyone that can tell me what the problem is. I am pretty sure they could care less. I have done everything I am supposed to do. I was even told that by several representatives. So, I need the ******* they owe me.

            I have been filing unemployment since I have got laid off 9 weeks go. I have made it clear that I cannot make ends meet without receiving my unemployment benefits, however they are still putting a hold on my money. I have asked repeatedly for the verification department to call me to sort this out, and they did call last week however I missed the call and have called back repeatedly without any follow up. 9 weeks is a long time to go without a job and to not have any income. I need this money to survive and they have not been willing to help - I have just been getting a round about answer and absolutely zero help. I need this money to live. All I'm requesting is to get follow up to sort this out once and for all.

            This business is intentionally hanging up every time I call, I called at first at 2:42 pm. Went through the whole recording, since there is not an option directly to ***** of Labor, and was finally trandsfered to a receptionist, so I thought. The call was transfered and the line began ringing. The first time it wrang 5 times before it was picked up. For a brief moment I heard noise in the background and then they hung the phone.Called back at 2:44 pm and went though the whole recording again. The line rang 3 times this time before it was answered and immediately hung up.Called back one last time at 2:46 p.m. Same story as before, with the only difference being that the phone rang 4 times before being hung up on.
