I have hired full-service cleaners for more than a decade all around the country, and this is by far the most expensive and the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. I hired Mop It Like Its Hot in ******** for a deep cleaning of my 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, paying $325 upfront via *****. What I got instead was a rushed, subpar job that barely scratched the surface of what was promised.First, they only sent ONE person for a job that clearly required more manpower. This individual left before anyone could inspect their work, and it was painfully obvious why: the cleaning was incomplete and sloppy.Floors: Still had piles of sand and dog hair, especially on the stairs.Baseboards: Completely untouched.Walls and cabinets: Filthy both inside and ***********: Not even attempted.I sent over 10+ images documenting these glaring issues, and despite the undeniable proof, they refused to offer a refund. This was supposed to be a "deep clean," but the effort put into it was laughablehonestly, a teenager couldve done a better ****** one should trust this company. Take this review from a highly respected business owner: Mop It Like Its Hot is a complete waste of money and time. I will never use their services again.Review from Elizabeth H

I had high expectations but was disappointed in the services and management. Showed up almost an hour late. I had to remake ALL my beds, my shelves were not dusted, and my garage entrance floor was not cleaned. I was charged more than agreed and when brought to management was offered $25 off and given excuses for all issues. Not worth my time and spent my evening remaking beds and re-doing work I just paid over $300 for. My mattress pad was literally inside out and I cant even explain the logic of my duvet being inside out and halfway in. My sons top sheet was on top of his bedspread and his fitted sheet was rolled up and laying next to his pillow.Dont use this company, you will be disappointed.Review from Mark N

This company quoted one price in writing and billed me double.They did a bad job cleaning as well and a re-cleaning was needed. I was harassed by the business owner to pay the unquoted hourly rate. Stating a difference price on the website that I did not use to book the service.The owner threatened to call the cops and take it to court. I offered many times to pay the quoted rate but the owner kept texting and harassing me, so a payment was made to avoid further messages. The owner contacted me again after I asked them to not contact me anymore.
