November 1, 2022 I am the Plaintiff in a Boulder Civil Court hearing and ordered to attend mediation along with the defendant.Over and over I got the same message that I needed to confirm the ********************************** Baker was first contacted by me 9.19.22 by email not once but 3 other times to confirm receipt.I said YES to each time.I also mentioned I had some questions and asked if the defendant had confirmed. Then there was at least a week that went by when ******, her scheduler was not available with the same phone recording...I'm not in today. I'll be back tomorrow Tuesday to answer questions. Tuesday came and went with the same recording.I left a message to possibly reschedule. Nothing; No reply. Then I got a message the oct 27, mediation apt. was cancelled. So I had to start all over again organizing the defendant for another date.Nov. 1. was the new date. Then I started getting notices for cancellation for nonpayment.I got an email from Glynna Baker on 10. 22, 5:58 am that she received my text from a couple days prior and told me I didn't send her any emails! She wanted me to send her proof of my emails!I gave up trying to work with Glynna Baker and proceeded to call the secondary mediator to set up another date.11.1.22 I get a threatening email that Glynna Baker was sending the defendant a Status Report that I'm Cancelled for Non Payment. Of course, the defendant showed it at a Court Hearing Nov. 2, 2022.When the judge asked me about what happened it was nearly impossible to explain especially over teleconferencing. He couldn't see any of my over-a -dozen email proofs.I've never worked with anyone so chaotic and unprofessional. I would never suggest her to anyone, ever.I was in the hospital for months after being hit walking by the defendant in her car. This is not something to take lightly. I'm requesting Glynna Baker show proof defendant paid. Apologize to the court and me.
