    I used Modivcare for transportation after my oral surgery, however, on my ride home, my house keys and key fob were left in the back of the vehicle. I tried to retrieve them within two minutes after the driver left with no prevail. I called two times and was assured that someone would get back to me the next day I had to get my ************************ involved. I was able to supply them with the name of the driver make and color of the vehicle and the license plate number. I still have not received an email or phone call in regards to my house key and key fob to my car. It also has a key to my steering wheel lock on that keychain. Now I know the person they sent to me was an Uber driver and I have reached out to ****, but they will not help me as I am not the one the ride was under it was under. Modivcare. So this person has a key to my house and the keys with the alarm on the key fob to my car. And I do not feel safe. After speaking to someone for the third time on Saturday, they said they were sending it to a certain team that would be able to reach out to ****. My question is why wasnt this done? Two minutes after the driver dropped me off.?On Monday if I do not have my house keys and key fob to my car, I will file a police report with LVMPD

    They are retaliating against a client. Because the caregiver made complaints on excessive speeding average mile per hour. 50 on the roads, he was doing 84 and a 35 mile an hour. He was doing 54 to 60 now. They're retaliating against my client. And not picking him up even though we have a contract

    ModivCare couldn't be worse in its operations. This business totally ignores special requests even though they ask about special needs when one calls to schedule a ride. ModivCare prefers to use cut-rate ride services rather than **** or Lyft. And the cut-rate providers tend to use very sketchy drivers, some who should never be picking up elderly or disabled people. Twice I was in near-accident situations. And another time, I was asked by the driver if it was OK for him to smoke -- this was after I was trying to bear the horrible scent of weed that, presumably, he had been smoking before picking me up. I have complained repeatedly over the past year, and have often been told that **** or Lyft would be used for my rides, but invariably they would end up sending one of the cut-rate taxis instead. Just now, I got a cancellation notice for a ride that I had scheduled on 11/24 for a medical appointment on 11/29. I had received a notification from **** confirming the pick up. However, upon calling ModivCare about the cancellation, I was informed that my pickup was reassigned to one of the same taxi services that create problems for me -- and ModivCare KNOWS of my special medical needs and special precautions necessary.

    If I could leave negative stars I would leave a -5. This company is terrible and no help what so ever. No interest or compassion to help members. I understand its a free service through ******** but why contract with a company who is not going to provide the service needed. My mom missed 2 very important appointments due to her critical health and modivcare didnt bother to notify me no one was coming for pickup. I called because no one showed up and the transportation provider said she wasnt on their schedule. I scheduled transportation ahead of time and called every day all day to get things confirmed. Everyone I spoke to seemed uninterested of how seriously she needed to get to these appointments and told me they would escalate it for priority pickup and I would get a call with updates. Not once to this day have I received a call from modivcare. Long story short I had to pay out of pocket to a transportation company $1,100 for them to pick her up and get my mom to her appointment. Sunshine health should find another way to help members with transportation. I told modivcare I cant do their job for them but how hard can it be to schedule transportation and confirm a reservation. This is a government benefit and its no good to members if we cant get the service through the company they use , modivcare.

    This is the worst company they don't pick up the elderly after there appointment left my mother sitting at dialysis for 2 hrs and she had to call me to come pick her up then when i called to report it for the ***** time i got hung up on because if must have been after 5:30 maybe they where closing but im ****** and going to report them for elder abuse because how can you leave a patient and not make sure they get home. If my mom didn't have her kids she be screwed.

    I am a home health nurse and there is always an issue with this company. Right now at this moment I have been waiting at the hospital waiting to be picked up for over an hour now. This company is severely unprofessional, their staff doesnt speak any English and at some point has to be considered abandonment for just leaving us here for so long. Half of the time weve used their services has resulted in them canceling our rides leaving us stranded. Not to mention this is the only company ******** has to offer. I dont typically leave reviews and if I could I would leave zero stars.

    This company has caused me more grief than I can tell you! Today was the second time in one week that I missed an appointment with Cardiac ******** the past this would happen a lot. The would be a no show or extremely late!

    Left me stranded today. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HUMAN ASSISTANCE....IMPOSSIBLE!!! ** has no path to get customer help? I can't trust this system. tried for 30 minutes in cold rain to get to a live person, the ONLY one was the help desk for DRIVERS....he said he'd send me to the help desk for rides.....NO, back to **** the useless virtual assistant.

    As a company owner working in your network you should do a better job on distribution of trips or not favoring one over the other despite performance is equal. The bias and favoritism towards some companies is concerning. I will leave that to ***. My point is why is not all companies not treated equal. Isn't that ******** resources waste? Assigning trips for more expensive company Isn't that a fraud?How many you scraped delated and hide this kind of Complaint. Everything I have submitted to resolve my issue is documented.
