Top notch service! We recently made a local move to **********. The owner, ******, came and gave us a fair and accurate estimate. When moving day arrived ***** and his crew did a phenomenal job and were very efficient with their time. All of our furniture was wrapped so meticulously and with great care. I was quite impressed that they could navigate my hallways and landings without bumping a wall. The trucks were packed tightly and all my furniture/items arrived in one piece. I recommended them to my sister and would absolutely use them for our next move!

Prompt and responsive service. The team was friendly and efficient. They did everything possible to make our move an absolute stress-free experience. We appreciate it very much.

********* was amazing. She was very easy to talk to, and she took great care of our move to **********, which was not an easy task at all! Her quote was reasonable and affordable, especially for the cross-state move. On a moving day, she contacted us ahead of time, and the movers arrived early and prepared to go, were courteous, communicated effectively, and were professional. Most notably, they worked well together. They took great care to secure my belongings while I was moving. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to relocate. Excellent work, gentlemen!

I'm going to try keep it short. I'll get in the details, with photos and videos, on the Transport Reviews website and BBB. OSM did the worst packing job their own delivery driver said he has seen in 18-years. This is why I'm not surprised 3 of my 5 TVs arrived smashed. That's $5,000 worth of LCDs in addition to the $5,000 I paid for shipping. Absolutely appalling.While you're shopping around, don't just look for cheapest price, or vice versa, highest price. Everyone was quoting us $2K, but we opted for $5K as we wanted peace of mind. Ended up backfiring, as even for something considered 'high-end', we are dealing with the stress one month on.Sadly, this is another dodgy moving business. They hire contractors, fire for them messing things up, yet make you suffer for it. The issue with contractors is that they are not trained in the same way as professional movers. Hence, 3 of 5 TV's were smashed because they were poorly packaged.Must mention, ***, the Sales Associate there is super kind. He was helpful at the start, emphatic till the end. Sadly, the "owner" of the business doesn't have the same respect or logic as some of his employees.Other people have had a good experience, and we mostly did, until the contents arrived at our place. Proceed with caution, and perhaps look over each item as its packed otherwise you're also going to be left hanging having to replace your loved items.Total items damaged: 65 inch *********** 50 inch ****** 32 inch HP computer monitor, Retro Record Player. Bicycle, and parts off my Vespa. As the delivery guys said from their own company, proper respectful packing would have avoided this.
