    An Unforgettable Moving Experience with ****'s Moving Company!My experience with Edens Moving Company was genuinely top-notch! We moved to ******, settling into a 3-bedroom house, and ***** and his team made the entire process not just bearable, but downright pleasant. Their commitment to service began from the moment we first made contact. They were prompt, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire scheduling and quotation process. They listened to our needs, reassured us of any concerns, and gave us confidence right from the start.On moving day, they exceeded all expectations. ***** led his team with competence and efficiency that spoke volumes of their professionalism. Thank you so much ??

    DO NOT USE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Absolute worst experience from start to finish. HIDDEN FEES, BROKEN ITEMS, POOR COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE TIMELINESS, CHAOTIC DROP OFF, UNFULFILLED PAID FOR DUTIES. The actual movers (third party hires) were nice and we felt so bad for them, there was only 2 people doing everything and one was a literal child, MAYBE 12? at the oldest, doing all this moving. The ******************* and ****'s Moving Services *** BBB who is apparently synonymous, customer service is absolute trash. So rude, no communication, not transparent in regards to any part of process at all. Ended up costing $3k more than what was originally quoted, as they sneak a ton of fees in after they have your stuff and then hold it hostage. Took 28 days to get our delivery, every time we called customer service, be it (in quotes because likely alias's, they don't even have last names in email signatures) "*******", "****" or "************"(the rudest of them all), they were not helpful and have horrible attitudes. We should have known better, we should have been more thorough and not so trusting, so if you are reading this, RUN AWAY. Along with so much of our stuff looking like it was transported in a tornado, very clear, large bold writing like ************** UP and which room to put in like kitchen, closet, bedroom, bathroom, living room, was not honored at all and so many things are terribly damaged. They were suppose to arrive at 9, came at 11, took 2.5 hours to messily stack boxes where ever it fit. They couldn't possibly honor the part where they are suppose to reassemble your furniture because of the awful way they stacked all the boxes and items. Genuinely the worst service and moving experience of all time.

    Cross country move from ****** to *************** Took them almost 6 weeks from the time the items were picked up. When they finally got the items to the destination every box was crushed or ripped open, furniture was damaged, framed mirror which was boxed by them destroyed.

    The beginning was outstanding. Ofra did an excellent job with estimate. The movers from home were very good. They were courteous, extremely efficient. We commented how great everyone was. We had 30 days free storeage which we took advantage of. We scheduled our delivery in TX and they worked with The driver showed up and said he was waiting for his helpers.They show up. One assisted the driver unloading the truck and staging items in garage and driveway. Three others were bringing items in at a very slow rate.We assisted with telling where to put things and unwrapping the pads.There was no walk through to survey the rooms and identify what it's went where.Here it goes down hill quickly The 3 guys moving items into home kept saying they would remove trash and help for a little payment on the side after driver leaves.The driver heard them, he calls them on ot and they end up in a verbal dispute cussing and swearing. I call customer service and they said the driver has been working for them a long time and he wouldn't do that. I had speaker on phone and let him listen and refused to acknowledge.The driver fired the 3 paid them cash and they were gone.Our garage was full the drive way had items on it and it started to drizzle. The driver said he would move it into rooms,which he did.The next day my wife went to put on her watch and it was gone. She had placed it in a drawer in master bathroom. We also had purchased new phones with a contract that the old phones had to be turned in. We went to turn them in and they were missing.Called Edens explained the issue.They said that they have no responsibility for this issue and to file police report. We did.Police investigated and discovered the 3 were hired off ******* list Driver did not know them and did not have names. Police also discussed with Eden ***** and police said this is not normal and they were responsible for securing names of workers. They accepted no responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM
