    Transaction date 2023-10-23 cost $1,749.42. I took my ***** maibu to be serviced at ***** north. The work was never done. @ weeks ago, my tire was leaking air. So I took it to discount tire. Well discount messed up and I had to take my car to brakes plus. I requested for Brakes plus to look at my car and tell me if I need front end work. Brakes plus told me those were the original parts that were on the car. And no the parts aren't new. I went to Autonation ***** north. The mechanic took the car back and told me that the invoice numbers aren't matching what is in the car. Exact words the work was never done. ***. So, then the service manager did do some of the work that was supposed to be done in 2023. The car still isn't right, and the general manager **** told me to take it to someone else to have it fixed. Because I refuse to take it back there. I respectfully requested my money back after all this time. And was told NO. Is there anything you can help me with. I would like my money back. Maybe I can take it somewhere else. Thank u

    This was an absolute nightmare of a car buying experience. I went in looking to trade in my car. I was sold an SUV and 2 days later it shuts down on the highway. I returned it since I was still within the 5 days to return and was told I couldn't return because I passed the allowed mileage yet they wouldn't let me back in the car to see the miles on the dash. Instead I was told the only thing to do was buy a different car because they didn't want to give me my trade in back. The manager promised me $500 back from my 2k down payment for the inconvenience and for not selling me the suv I wanted. Now I'm stuck with a car I hate and out 2k and haven't heard anything about my $500 refund. Now I see why people buy cars online. I'm filing this complaint so dealerships learn to treat people like people and listen to what they actually want. Horrible experience.

    I went to this dealership to purchase an Acura and the salesman(*******) offered to throw in some Weathertech floormats with the purchase. As I signed all of the paperwork I was promised by the salesman that he would send tracking info in 10 days because his rep wasn't available. Fast forward two months and I still haven't received them. Reached out the both the dealership and the salesman and was told that since I didn't have it in writing as part of the contract, that the dealership can't do anything for me and also that his rep from Weathertech can't get him a deal anymore so I'm out of luck. Its sad that the dealership is allowing all of these empty promises to happen in order to sell a car. This is a very minor promise but still a promise which the dealership should honor because the salesman is a representative of their business.

    Bought an 06 civic coupe from Autonation in August of 2023 which turned out to have a cracked engine block. AutoNation made no attempt to rectify the issue.

    09/01/2023 I purchased 2013 ***************** then they took car from me 10 days later because of a signature then I gave them the signature then they tell me come back an get my car then when I get there they tell me that I can not have it they said they would give me my money back an still have not resolved it

    Purchased a used car and the mechanic says no way they did not know and were aware the catylayic converter was bad. The car is dangerous and not sellable when they sold it.

    Had to wait 2 weeks for my scheduled appointment for service on my vehicle which has the Vehicle Protection Plan offered by Autonation. Vehicle was dropped off on 7/5/2023 and have not heard anything back on my vehicle. I have left several messages that go unanswered. When calling the service line, you eventually get transferred to a corporate service line where they inform you that they (Autonation *************************** cannot even get ahold of their own employees at this location. Strongly recommend avoiding this store for vehicle purchase or vehicle service. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy the Vehicle Protection Plan, it is a scam.

    May 14th 2023 I purchased a ****** Rogue, first day engine light came on have taken the car back 5 times 2 failed emission test, Ingo back and they are trying to get me a car that is not equal to the purchase I have, tried contacting General manager and no one calls back, the worst place I've purchased a car.

    I took my vehicle into this dealership to get the air conditioning fixed and get the manufacturer recommended timing chain service done when I got my vehicle back the radio no longer worked they said the factory Amp shorted out then charged ** for a new one five days later the fuse box shorted out and they charged ** for a new one the three weeks after they did the timing chains the car completely stopped running and we had it towed back over there and they told ** it needs a new engine all together we spent $7700 there and now after destroying my engine they have had my car for over 4 months and the service director won't ************* and he will not call me back I then called and tried to talk to the ** who wasn't there and left a message for the him to call me back which he never did either.
