    Le-*** was our sales **** I would give him ten stars if it were an option. Our quest for exactly what I wanted was like searching for a needle in a haystack - and I may have changed my mind a couple times - but Le-*** took on the challenge and delivered to us my every request! I love our Mercedes GLS 450 so much we bought a 2nd one!

    I should've viewed your reviews about mercedes of denver before my purchase. They are not an accredited dealership. I purchased a ***** **** from them on Oct. 22, 2024. There were too many mechanical issues, so I returned it on December 10, 2024. They refused to ****** my loan and I ended up selling it back plus giving them $4164.00 in cash. I reached out to the the general manager (***** ********) and she was of no help. The car was unsafe and unreliable for my son. I even considered taking any refund amount, but their communication stopped. I reached out to ****************, the owners of mercedes of denver and they were also of no help. I spoke with ***** ***** a Sonic employee and her emails stopped as well.

    This customer purchased a vehicle that had a coolant leak after delivery causing the car to smoke. We took the vehicle back into our service department and fixed the coolant leak immediately without any charge to him or usage of his warranty. He, two months later, had another issue with the (12 year old) vehicle and contacted us. We instructed him that we could help him with the repairs because he purchased a warranty and that the concern would be covered. He refused to use the warranty and instead of allowing us to fix the vehicle through his warranty he cancelled that warranty and informed me that he would be also dropping his insurance off on this vehicle to save money. We offered to trade him out of the vehicle as well as offered to buy it back from him through a street purchase, to which he agreed to. He told my used car director he no longer needed this vehicle and since he was refusing to use any warranty repairs and canceled insurance it seemed like he just wanted out of the deal. Since his original purchase 4 months have passed and we did everything we could to help him during his latest concerns. Hes not out of pocket for any vehicle repairs- just the depreciation of trading in a vehicle four months after purchase but we did provide alternative avenues for him to take by trading him out of the vehicle, but he stated he did not need a replacement vehicle.

    Also, when we appraised his vehicle to buy it back from him it was operating completely fine and we let him know that mechanically on our appraisal that this vehicle isnt showing any of the smoking concerns that hes stating which is another reason why I believe he just wants out of this vehicle and its not related to a mechanical concern-either way we gave him several options of how we can help him but his desired resolution and one which we are not under any legal obligation to do- is for us to unwind the deal. We purchased the vehicle back from him for $4,000- $1500 higher than average MMR and $1,000 higher than we originally offered. He also got a full refund on his warranty since he didnt use it.

    Thank you BBB for reaching out to mercedes of denver. I find it hard to believe that the car was operating completely fine. *** with ********* Chevrolet found a coolant/oil leak on December 6, 2024. It is apparent that they are not taking any responsibility. It's unfortunate that they collected $ ******* for a car that would fall under the lemon law. I will be sure not to go back for any future car purchases.

    The vehicle you purchased, as is (even though we did do repairs commentary after the sale) was 12 years old and no such term "lemon law" would apply to the vehicle you purchased. We wish you the best of luck with vehicle needs in the future.

    Purchasing a vehicle with ************* Denver CO has been the WORST experience of my life. I flew to Denver to look at and purchase a car. Before I left, Nikko told me that my car would be picked up / ship to me the next day. Unfortunately he fell ill and I was forced to work with *******. Took me on the car ride. I completed the paperwork and he promised a shipment the following day. Then it was the next day by noon then tMonday at the latest. I contacted the shipping company and they said they never gave anyone at ******** the shipment dates they gave me. ******** is blaming the shippers, yet still giving me false dates for delivery. Also, they had zero problem cashing my check the day I purchased my car and now they are not delivering it!!! The sales team, specifically *******, has the worst communication, he lied about the shipment being scheduled, backtracked and blamed the company for not having drivers after he had told me it was already scheduled, blamed subcontractors for lack of their follow up. I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me the name and never connected us even though he said he elevated my shipping issue to ***** (manager). If you was to stay sane do not purchase a car from Mercedes Denver ***

    Car has months long problems, the company keeps trying to have me opt in and give up my privacy rights . Now they told ******** they did this but they just sent me information telling me I have to opt in or they will not provide the services I paid for!!!

    This guest has an issue with the privacy policy related to the manufacture infotainment system- not the dealership. The manufacture has offered to purchase this vehicle back from this guest- again outside the control of the dealership to offer a lemon law buy back from the manufacture on the new vehicle he purchased.

    My daughter is buying her first car. She has been doing her due diligence and found a pre owned 2022 ***** Civic at Mercedes Benz of Denver and made an appointment to see and test drive it on Saturday May 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The used car department verified the appointment no less than four times in the hours leading up to it. While driving from ******* ( about an hour and a quarter) the sales representative called to say that the car was in the shop for unspecified repairs and the appointment had to be canceled. Theres not really enough room to tell how deep in the muck it degenerated into from there. Liars and thieves from top to bottom in this den of inequality. Dont waste time or ever money.

    I apologize for the confusion in this vehicle being here and available for purchase at the time of your appointment. We should have done a better job in ensuring this vehicle was going to be back from the body shop for your appointment. We did call you the moment we knew the vehicle wouldn't be back here in time for your appointment and we were able to reach you prior to your arrival. There are many moving pieces when scheduling body shop and recondition appointments and we don't always have a way of knowing when the body shop comes to pick up these vehicles when their schedule opens up. As mentioned, - we did call you as soon as we realized it had been picked up to help alleviate your frustrations on starting to drive to our store. I do not believe that this correlate to use being liars and thieves as we did our best to communicate with you once we found the vehicle wasn't physically here. We again apologize for the confusion.

    They did not fix my car and had me pay almost ***** for a simple coolant pump that does NOT TAKE 11.5 HOURS TO FIX. 3 WEEKS LATER, THE SAME LOW COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON AND I TOOK IT BACK IN. NOW THEY SHOW ME THIS BS VIDEO OF SOMEONE PUTTING THE CAMERA ON MY CAR AND DOES MOT SHOW ANYTHING!! NOW THEY WRE TRYING YO CHARGE ME 1800$ SAYING THERE IS A SMALL LEAK IN MY RADIATOR! LIES!. THERE IS NO COOLANT UNDER MY CAR IN MY GARAGE. THEY FIXED NOTHING THE FIRST TIME BECAUSE MY EX HUSBAND LOOKED INTO IT. I. CALLED THE BBB AND WILL TALE THIS ALL THE WAY. I AM TIRED OF THESE PRICE GOUGERS AT MERCEDES BENZ OF DENVER

    To update this review- we took care of this entire repair order with nothing out of pocket for this customer on her 2012 ******** with over 100k miles on it. Uploading that documentation from her visit in September.

    Do not take your car here for service. You will regret it. Took my car for a flat tire, the said it had a nail in the tire wall and they replaced the tire. We got the car back missing the tow cover and c on the 4matic and then the Tire went flat again 3 days later. Car gets towed back. They dont answer the phone in the service department, finally get a call back after calling all day with no answer. Associate tells me that they didnt do anything to my tire the last time it was there, filled it and sent me on my way. Today they find that the tire still has a side wall leak. Nothing was done to the tire ! They unsafely sent me with a faulty tire. Wanted to talk to a manager and had to get ahold of sales to get anyone to answer. The general manager calls me. He was so extremely rude. Calls his people in his office and proceeded to gang up on me and state I was not telling the truth about what his associate stated was wrong with the tire originally. Associate states that yes there was a nail in the side wall and they repaired the tire and then the gm says so the repair failed. You are not supposed to repair a side wall of any tire and the fact they sent me unsafely home. He then stated that he will take care of the parts that were missing after the tow because Im complaining they should replace these items because they are the ones that lost the items ! My 2021 car is all beat up and missing items from going for a simple service. Do NOT take your car here. Worst experience by far. The treatment by the ** was so terrible I made a complaint to ******** directly. They are not accredited on BBB and this experience explains why. I will drive the extra miles to *********.
