            Images Flooring filed a warranty for pad and carpet claim with ****. Images has yet to come out and replace the pad and carpet that **** has provided them with.

            Images wont return our calls or emails on warranty work that was done December the floors delaminated again and we filed another warranty claim through saint ***** now Tralon homes we were told it was approved and now images wont answer for months we just want our floors replaced like they approved after putting in defective floors twice

            The floors that were installed in my new build home are a disaster. Many panels are elevated, the laminate is delaminating. There are also nicks and cuts in various floor boards. Images came out to my house on 5/20/21, and I have not heard from them since, despite many attempts by the home builder (St. Aybun/ ************) 6/23/21, 6/26/21, 8/20/21, 8/27/21, 10/5/21, 11/8/21, 12/6/21, 12/9/21, 1/7/22, 1/8/22, 1/26/22, 2/10/22, 2/14/22, 2/17/22. The floors in question are the main floors in my home. I am concerned about the resale value of my home. I will not be replacing floors in a few years because the original quality is horrible. The quality, fit/ finish, and integrity of these floors started to be in question the day I moved into my home on 9/29/20. Images came out to only take a flooring pen to fill in the issues, the pen marks quickly faded. I contact my builder and in May of 2020 is when Images was contacted. Clearly, my concern has not been addressed and I have not been contacted my anyone with Images. At this point, I want my WHOLE first floor repaired/ replaced, (not individual floor boards) with higher quality/more sustainable floors as a goodwill gesture for my time and inconvenience or a cash offer so I can go to another manufacturer who will work with me to replace my floors.
