Excellent technical service, but a bit too pricey. For one example, I paid $1,287.76 for a "deluxe" kitchen faucet and found out that the same model was sold at ************** for $249. And this price is retail, not the wholesale price that Doctor Fix-It would have paid to purchase it. And the total price to me was net of a "Members" discount. So, over $1,000 went to labor and Doctor Fix-It's profit. I believe in getting good labor and having capitalism, but this is ridiculous. So, unless you really need to pay for a Cadillac, a Camry might get you the same end result, one needs to consider another plumber.

Very courteous. Very knowledgeable. ***** diagnosed and fixed the problem and i was impressed that he had the knowledge to zero in on it after a short explanation by me. I was not happy that the warranty on parts had expired just eighteen days before, and ***** tried to reduce the price as much as he could. He also asked about what additional services i might need. I've been a long time customer and appreciate the work and service.

***** with Doctor ****it was great. My furnace had difficulty starting one day so he did an inspection of every part of the furnace and thermastat to see if there was an issue. He noticed the flame starter was ***** so he cleaned it. Every thing else was in top concondition. All my experiences with Dr. ****it have been excellent. Their service plan is worth it! ****

Technician was on time for the scheduled appointment and did the fall furnace maintenance within a reasonable timeframe and with little trouble. He also installed a new filter for the humidifier.

**** did a great job. He found a problem, fixed it and explained to us what he found and what he did. He also went over the humidity function on our thermostat so that we understood how to use it! We are very happy with Doctor Fix-it and will continue to use their services!!!

I never complain about service but I will tell you now . I will never call for your fix it service again . For anything.I called to get a drip ?? repaired on my Bath tub faucet . Your technician arrived very quickly and very friendly. But from what I experienced . He had no knowledge on how to repair a drip . He said that my two handle faucet was obsolete and could not be repaired and if it could be fixed that they would not warranty the work . But he could not repair it because it would be a code violation.Bull s*** .My faucet is less then 5 years old . And you are just thieves charging 75 dollars for a house call with no intention of fixing anything. Rather than repair he said I would have to have a new single handle faucet to replace it and would cost **** dollars to make it come up to code .That is a lie . You do not need to bring things up to code that you are repairing in a house unless its new construction.So I drove 5 minutes away to the *** hardware store in ************* . Where they still are selling that exact faucet and better yet all the parts to repair that faucet. Code my a** .I bought all three valves for ********************************** less then a half an hour. Well guess what . No more leek. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a fix it repair company and train your people not to rip off old folks like myself. 70 and dont like being taken advantage of. Please look for all my updates on social media . God **** Democrats. You are ruining the world .
