I aim to be extremely thorough to properly warn anyone considering renting from this company. ****; ********, the one in charge, is completely and utterly unprofessional. The other staff were very helpful throughout the duration of my lease.I absolutely loved the house I was leasing, but ******** was extremely difficult to work with. First off, she does not notify tenants when contractors are coming around the apartment, so you're left to confirm that the random people entering your backyard are with the company yourself (this is quite honestly dangerous for both parties involved). ******** would also notify us that she would be coming around the house for a couple of maintenance ticket resolutions and then not show up without communication. Not only that, but the unit I leased was extremely filthy upon move-in. I spent a few days scrubbing off caked-on grime left behind by the previous tenants. They lease back-to-back, leaving no time for the cleaning crew they hire to do a proper job. We were also repeatedly asked if we were moving out early, so they could prepare the house for early move-in (no readjusted rent for the missing days offered). Our lease stated that ******** would do a walk-through with us before move-out to confirm the condition of the apartment, yet another thing she did not follow up on. I documented the condition upon move-in and ******** said she would make note of this. She did not. She charged the full cleaning crew price from our deposit. After radio silence on her end for a week, I pushed back on this charge, and she said in an email that her explanation was that she didn't make enough money off of the unit (things kept breaking and she was hesitant to fix any of it). That's the risk she decided to take on by being in the rental industry. She also threw other staff under the bus instead of taking accountability-- entirely unprofessional. The other staff had been nothing but wonderful to us and I hope they find better employment soon.

Would never recommend. Terrible people taking advantage of people. Literally go anywhere else to find housing.
