  Hired *********************** of Colorado Roof and Gutter to replace our roof that was damaged from the hail storm in May. My husband talked to him as he was referred by our insurance company. He replaced the roof approximately the 1st weekend of September. He removed all gutters, which only the rear of the house was to have replacement gutters. It is now Nov. 30th, and we still do not have gutters. After the Oct. 27, 28th snow storm, which we received 8 inches of snow, We've had nothing but ice and damage to our 2 year old porch. He has not returned phone calls or emails. We have had to hire a new contractor to put up gutters. He's had one excuse after another. Almost every house in our neighbor has had to have their roofs replaced and ALL had gutters put up (or not even taken down). We paid him $10,000.00 and have no break down of the cost of the shingles and labor.

  The ***************** reimbursed us for all damages to our home from the hail storm in May, 2023. Our agent recommended this company because they are friends. We hired this company to replace the roof and only the gutters in the back of the house.  He took down ALL the gutters and never replaced them. Went from September 1,2023 till Dec. 18th, 2023 without gutters, till we hired another company to replace them. Because of snow and rain, damage was done to the cement of the front porch that was $950 to fix. 

  I'm no longer asking for a refund as our insurance reconciled with us for the extra cost of gutters and repair of the porch. Though ************************* has not given us any itemized information on the make, grade and amount of the shingles used. We have requested that several times already. We have no idea if the tiles he put on the roof were what we requested. Now we'll have to hire another contractor to come out and tell us what  grade and who  the manufacturer may be. It very possible he has over charged us as he refuses to give us the information we requested.

  We are not seeking any money resolution from this company. We would like the copies of the contract and the information on the type and grade of shingles used on our house. I want a formal complaint made against this company so no other home owner will go through what we did.
