We are very satisfied with this company and service. Our new roof was installed sooner than expected and at the best price we found. The installers were very professional and cleaned up great afterward (even used a vacuum to pick up small debris). Problem areas we had were repaired and sealed before the shingles were installed. We have a beautiful, strong, guaranteed roof replacement that should last many, many years. ***** was great explaining all that was done and ensuring an excellent product.Good efficient company and product!Review from Tawnie N

We signed a contract with the company approximately 4 month ago to fix the houses siding. The collected the $1000 deposit and have been giving us a run around on when to do the work. They kept asking for the total money from the insurance without actually showing up to do ANY work claiming that they was still waiting for the materials. Then they told ** that they dont have a truck to deliver the sidings from the warehouse and wanted money to rent a truck. I dont know what is going on but this is very frustrating and it is not going anywhere and I feel that they scammed ** out of our $1000 deposit moneyNew Peaks Roofing and Restoration Response

*************************, You are publishing false statements here. Your contract was signed on May 4th , 2023. Your above comment is June 23rd, 2023. May 4th is less than 2 months from when you made your false statement above. You paid your deductible on the insurance claim of $1,000.00 and that is it on a $12,000 plus claim. New Peaks Roofing and Restoration came out and did a scope of "missed items" your insurance company did not put on your original claim including approxiamately 200 ft of damaged facia metal on the right of your home, additional gutter work and siding items difference in quantity. In addition to this, many photos were taken, your fence was measured and a new estimate was sent to your insurance company for review. I spoke to your insurance adjuster about the claim. Your insurance company agreed there was additional damage to your property they missed and changed the claim to add the additional gutter footage, siding changes and custom bent metal wraps. To which your insurance company released a second check towards the increased change in the claim amount this money to be used to repair your home. Your fence was denied by the insurance company which New Peaks Roofing and Restoration tried to get approved for you by taking measurements and photos of the damaged fence. The claim went from approx $4,000.00 originally to over $12,000.00 after New Peaks Roofing and Restoration came out and did a scope of the missed items and showed this to the insurance company and they changed the estimate to include other items. Your siding is not available in the ****** / ******** area. I went to several supply houses and learned that if might be found out of state. I called the out of state suppliers to verify if it could be found. It was found to be carried in another northern state supply house in ** so I contacted them. They said they could get it but it had to be shipped in from ****** to *********. The siding is made in ******. Then from ********* shipped to ******. On May 14th your siding was paid for in full by New Peaks Roofing and Restoration even though it was not in the ****** area yet. This is 10 days after the contract was signed. Additionally, your roof vents were changed out. ************************* was notified of all these things and was kept in good communication as to timeline of events, when the siding would be here etc. The siding was going to arrive and I called and talked to ****** about collecting another check your 1st insurance check to which he said he would have to talk to his wife and he would call me the next day. To which he did not call the next day. This was mid week on or around June 13th. The siding then did arrive on the following Monday in ******. I did call on the following Tuesday and let ****** know the siding was here and I was going to get it scheduled and I also needed to pick up your 1st check from insurance. To this, there was no return phone call, text message or email. I then waited approx. 30 hours ( just more than 1 day ) and called again, left a similar message. To this there was again, no reply, no call back. Why would you not call back if your siding was here for installation? Friday of that week I called again letting ****** know the siding was here and I was going to pick it up and was going to deliver it and I needed to pick up your 1st insurance check to which again, there was no answer. Then later in the day he did answer. I told him I needed to get a bigger truck to deliver the siding because the boxes are approx. 12 feet long. To which he didn't like that and I was frustrated after all the effort I put in to your job to get the right match siding from out of state (which is non returnable and included over $400 in freight charges) you could not return any of my phone calls for the past 10 days now that your siding was here and could be scheduled to be installed. On June 26th, Monday New Peaks Roofing and Restoration did pick up your siding from the supply house. ****** and I had a discussion as to dissolving the current contract on the phone on Friday the 23rd and paying New Peaks Roofing and Restoration for the work that was done and the siding. ****** was emailed the agreement on Friday June 30th and in the letter it also requested you take down the false statements your are making on the internet that there was no work done , that it had been 4 months and this is a scam - to which it is not.New Peaks Roofing and Restoration Response

There is a typo above. The siding was paid in full when in landed in ********* on 6/14/2023 not May 14th. That is a typo above. It was then shipped to ******.Customer Response

We signed the contract With you on May 4 like you have stated. Its July 4th. It has been 3 month waiting to get out sidings fixed. You came out initially to have the estimate and fixed the roof vents. That was approximately 3 months ago. Every time you called after that, you would ask for the insurance checks, did you not? I told my husband that I did not feel comfortable of giving you the check since there has not been any work done for the siding. No date has been set to fix it. All we had from you that you had put in order for the siding and wanted another check. When you called that Friday saying you did not have a truck and wanted $100 to rent a truck and again, wanted the check. We were concerned that a company, who regularly deals with construction, does not have access to a truck, even after we have given a deposit. We again asked when would be a start date for the work, the owner could not give us one. To us, With the red flags popping up and the truck situation, my husband asked if we were the first siding job for his company? After that, the owner stated that we should end the contract. We were stunned and unsure what to say. My husband kept trying to salvage something to keep progress moving forward, but the owner wanted out. There was no going back.I consulted an attorney about our situation as I didnt know where to go from there. She said that since you are not going to do the job, we dont know if you have ordered the right materials, if you have ordered enough materials and we should not accept the delivery. She stated that we should write you an email terminating the contract and demanded for you to return the remaining of our deposit so we could move forward hiring a new contractor company and after Ive hired a new contractor company, to give you a chance of selling the sidings, I could talk to him about the sidings that you have so he can take a look and decide if we should buy it from you. I felt that you were scamming us since within the last 3 months, the phone calls were about turning over the insurance payment without a fixing date or any materials dropped off and the request for $100 to rent a truck just didnt make sense. As for my reviews, I would give it zero star if I could. There is no fault statements from me. I said what I know, what I have experienced from the service that you had provided.
