Used Premier Roofing to replace our roof in 2022. We had roof damage following the July 2024 storm that rolled through Omaha. Spent over 3 months calling Premier to get them to look at our roof since we had a warranty. Was told multiple times they would come out, but not once did they show up. Left message after message trying to get them to honor the warranty that they used as a selling point to no avail. This company is not trustworthy. Absolute dumpster of a company. Do not hire them for anything. They have done nothing but lie to my family about everything from installation dates to billing. You name it, and they are shady about it. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house? There are good companies, and then there is this laughable excuse of a roofing company that uses predatory tactics to scare you. Well, I don't know what job you looked into, but it certainly wasn't mine. I have NEVER give even the slightest semblance of being satisfied with any of the outstanding issues. Yep, not a single one of them. Not that anyone at your company cares though, they literally told me to stop calling to complain; what a joke. Beware of This Business and all the empty promises they'll throw in to gain your trust and business. If you're thinking about doing business with ****, the owner of this company, you'd better bring a tape recorder. You'll need it to remind him of all the misleading lies and manipulation he used to rope you in as a customer. Honestly, it feels like this guy used to be a used car salesman with the way he runs his roofing businessusing bait-and-switch tactics and deceptive practices and absolutely doesn't follow through with IMPORTANT promises, which were made first encounter and need of addressing, Still!. **** might not care because it's not his home, but guess who does care, and doesn't take too kindly to this kind of "bad faith" practice. Home Owners...!My experience was extremely disappointing. **** fails to follow through on his promises, making it clear that his main focus is on making a quick ***** not on running an honest business. Integrity, fairness, and honesty are completely foreign concepts to him. His business approach feels more like a scam, where the motto seems to be, "Get the money quick!" rather than putting the customer first.**** will tell you everything you want to hear just to secure the deal, but once he has your money, he develops selective amnesia. His manipulation skills are extraordinaryhe could teach a class on how to twist things around and deflect blame. Instead of taking responsibility for his failures, he shifts the blame onto the customer. I wish he was as good at keeping his promises as he is at manipulating people and ************* my case, I had to clean up the mess his unreliable contractors left behind, and when I brought it up to him, he called me yelling as if I were the one at fault. **** is not someone who stands by his word. This kind of work and behavior will catch up with him one day!. This company is a scam. They have taken my deposit and haven't communicated nearly at all. In addition I have solar panels which they had agreed to remove and replace and now don't seem to want to do that work.Premier Roofing Company Response

Unprofessional Crew and worksite. Yikes! 7 am roof tear off at my neighbor's house and woke the whole neighborhood up early on Labor Day Holiday! I asked them why so early, he just shrugged and laughed at me. Also asked the company name because No sign in yard, on truck or a tshirt in sight with the company name so it all looked very sketchy. We are all looking for roofers in our neighborhood after a hail storm but Would not recommend this company at all! RUN!Premier Roofing Company Response

Worked for the company for a month. Training was not structured at all and the signing bonus was not fully paid due to a requirement that was not told until my 3rd week about having 3 claims every 2 weeks. The ladder I was given wasn't certified and many customers informed me of this during some inspections. I was stationed in a area where no jobs were able to be found. There is no mileage reimbursement or benefits along with a no liability waiver. And as far as the inspection agreement goes the script that they use to initiate this process manipulates the customer into thinking it's a free inspection so that if their insurance company doesn't approve the job they won't pay anything which is a lie due to their being a canceling/non approval fee in the contract in very small writing. As a contractor in our sales role, we provide clear information about how our onboarding pay and requirements work, providing them in a signed contract upon start. At no time would we withhold pay that was owed. Further, as distinct from an employee, independent contractors are responsible for their own equipment and travel expenses, and while we provide training, each sales *** has discretion on how to deliver the script within guidelines provided. Had a representative come out to look at my roof, he told me to do a Hail damage claim with my insurance company.Told me that there would be somethings listed on the claim that didn't have anything to do with the roof and that money would be mine.Told me that the only thing I would have to pay was my deductible, and all the claim checks would go to Premier.The first claim check for (over $10K) did in fact have two things listed for a screen and downspout that was to be my money.The first check also noted that my deductible had been taken out of that check.He told me that I didn't pay that out of my pocket and had to be paid.I told him that if it wasn't taken out of my money it would still be showing on the check.He showed up for me to sign the contract, but brought his son, I think as a deterrent.The amount of the contract I signed was for $27K.I found out from my insurance company that he sent them an initial estimate that he said I reviewed that wasn't the one I signed for the amount of a little over $31K, with copies of my signature which he copied from the contract I signed, so he could get the depreciation check before the roof build was completed, insurance did send the depreciation check for almost ($6K)I then received on invoice for over $2.5K.He then sent insurance another supplement and 4 invoices for almost $37K, which was again behind my back.Told me that I would get paid for extra Shingles and decking boards that were leftovers.They broke a porch window, 3 solar lights, and the neighbors outside dryer vent cover, and had black marks on the neighbor's house.He is still asking me about a depreciation check and if I have received anything else from insurance.Said I would have the window and left over items deducted, I asked from what, but can't get a response.The build was completed on May 9th, its now July 1st and nothing has been fixed and I'm still waiting for the next invoice he says I'm getting before he can close out.Promises surePremier Roofing Company Response

Do not use them. They have horrible customer relations. They had faulty workmanship and instead of trying to work out a way to fix it they rather ignore emails, phone messages, and text. No response from company or the representative that portrays himself as helpful until you need a follow up. So disappointing.Premier Roofing Company Response

A rep from this company came to my house with no sort of work truck, tools...anything really and offered to do a roof inspection. They did and tried to tell me how to file an ins claim etc (Which seems like insurance fraud to me) with my insurance because they found some damage up there (I am not completely convinced he didn't do this himself) He left a card and I did not plan to follow up because the whole thing seemed like a scam. A week later "*****" shows up at my place of work trying to get me to call my insurance. He started saying stuff about my insurance that I never told him. Red flag number 1. He then started saying he came to my place of work to try and talk to me. How did he even find where i work? I work in a completely different town than where he did the roof inspection. Red flag number 2. then he has the audacity to say things about my children. My children were not at the house when he did the inspection. How the h*** does this dude know about my children??? HUGE red flag number 2. This company is a joke and this is borderline harassment and seems like a scam. Stay far away from these people because trust me they will not leave you alone if they see a chance to commit what seems like insurance fraud. This guy is going above and beyond to find out my and my families personal info and that is unacceptable.Premier Roofing Company Response
