            In November 2021, we had a new roof installed by ECO Roof and Solar. After the winter of 2022 we discovered a leak from the roof into our master bedrooms wall and ceiling. ECO returned and tried to fix it that spring, and also repaired our master ********** the spring of 2023 it was evident that their repair work was unsuccessful, as we had the same damage to our master wall and ceiling. In the summer of 2023 they tried to fix it again and we decided to forgo the indoor repair until after the winter season to see if it their repair was ************* the spring of 2024 we could see that the repair was again unsuccessful and our wall and ceiling had additional damage, continuing to deteriorate (photos attached).The owner of the company made a site visit in early July 2024. He confirmed the damage and told us the problem was a dead valley in the roof installation causing the leak. He said he would have his people contact us to do this work. After numerous emails, texts, and phone calls it has still not been repaired. They continually promise they will come to repair and then no one shows up. Winter is now approaching and we still do not have this resolved. We had no leakage with our prior roof and only replaced it to mitigate fire exposure. If ***** ***** (owner) cannot fix our roof he needs to give us a refund so we can find someone who is capable of repairing the damage his company has done to our home.

            Entered into agreement for Eco to re-roof pursuant to the insurance estimate. During the process of the job they indicated there were items they would not do and we would then need to separately contract for the jobs which we did. They did not provide any adjustment for the work not performed.

            ECO Roof and Solar entered into a retail contract for a roof replacement in the amount of 55,000.00.  There was  mechanical work that needed to be completed that was outside of our scope of work.  The client was to have this work complete and submit their invoice to their insurance company for reimbursement.  This was NOT part of ECO's contract.  The client is requesting that ECO Roof and Solar issue them a credit on their bill for this work, which we declined as is was never part of our scope of work.  I have attached a copy of our contract that outlines our scope of work, which we completed.
