    I purchased a lifetime membership and the boxes stopped coming in October. I thought it was because I moved but it seems they are no longer fulfilling boxes. My old address this was purchased under was *************************. I am not holding my breath that I will get a refund. I would have to check if I paid via paypal or credit card - happy to dig for the receipt once I know this will be investigated. The attachment proves I purchased the lifetime membership but cannot remember the exact dollar amount. Please advise.

    I ordered a year subscription and Ive only received a few boxes. Boxes that said have been sent have not ever been received. I would like my money back.

    I have subscribed for several years. This year they charged my acct for $288 in September but stopped sending the boxes. I have emailed NUMEROUS times with no response. I have messaged them on IG with no response. I have sent a text message to the phone number I found online. I have left voicemails at the number I found online and I have mailed them a letter. All of this with no response. I did find on their website at one point that they are closing and will issue refunds, but still have not received anything in the form of a refund nor a response. Im very disappointed and angry. This is not how a Christian ******** should be treating their customers.

    I purchased a 12 month subscription to gods glory box. I only received the box for about 6 months. I have tried to call, email and write them. No response ever. They took my money and didnt follow through, thats fraud. They stole from me.

    I hate making this complaint - I purchased a lifetime subsection to bless people monthly with in March of 2021 for $600. I stopped getting boxes I am not even sure when I got my last box I think it was August. I tried to reach out the company - no reply and their we site has since been taken down. Zero communication - I get companies dont always survive - but some communication and refund would show a good faith effort to try to maintain credibility for your brand - business - reputation.

    I signed up for a lifetime membership and the company is no longer servicing customers due to being hacked on ********* So they decided to cease operations. I would really like some of my money back.

    I purchased a year subscription as a gift last year. They automatically renewed it on 8/25/22 for double the price ($288) this year without asking. I have emailed them 3 times over 4 months trying to get a refund with no response. They also never sent me any boxes for the renewed subscription. So they took my money but never sent any product. Their website now says that they have gone out of business and are issuing refunds but I still havent received one. Order #******

    Order # ****** Dec 26th, 2020 One LIFETIME membership. They ran a 1/2 price special for the lifetime membership. Instead of ***** dollars it was ******. From gods glory box.com I received the first ones, then it was off and on if they would deliver. I averaged 7 out of 12 a year. I would email them. No reply. I havent received any boxes in a long while. The boxes used to be purple. The last box l received was smaller and a plain box color. November = no box October = no box September = no box August = BOX July= no box June=BOX May= no box April=BOX March= no box February =Box January =Box Alway LATE!!!! They claim to mail them on the 3rd of every month. I would get mine on or after the 20th of each month! Now l have no way to talk or dispute anything as their website godsglorybox.com is no longer in service. I would like a refund as they did not hold their end of the bargain. But like l said, you cannot reach them any longer! Let me know if you find out anything @********************** Thanks ***********************
