A broker by the name of ****** ********* is crooked as h*** He loves to steal from his customers by issuing himself fuel draws and using fictitious phone numbers not even connected with your account. Then tries to act like he did nothing wrong and it wasnt him that took your money. He a massive liar and thief.Review from Siniet c

If I could give this brokerage less than 1 star, I would. This company gave my trucking business the absolute worst experience. They overloaded us, putting us and others on the road at risk. Communication was abysmalcalls and emails went unanswered, and when we did hear from them, the attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, they tried to underpay us for the job, and now theyre blatantly lying about what happened to cover their tracks. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, sanity, and reputation. This company is a disaster.Review from A1 Way Inc S

Would not RECOMMEND anyone to use them!!! Booked a load on 9/25/24 checked with the driver he had a green light at the receiver dock door. Driver went inside to get paperwork and receiver told that they have to put 2 pallets back since it was a wrong product, immediately told Archerhub that we have an issue and sent all the proofs that we got right away. We even told them we can pick up their load with these 2 pallets as long as there are no issues with their shipper. They ignored us about that. We are in transportation business cancellations do happen load rejects do happen this is the business that we all are in. Tried talking to them and they totally refused to do anything about it. We clearly gave all the proof that we have issues and they put a freight guard this is defamation of business. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER.Review from Bobby K

Posting a fake, not valid out of proportion freight guard report, being sneaky selling a bogus freight to a carriers. They are selling a load to our company at 12:40pm with missed pick up appointment. Our dispatcher is canceling the load telling them that we cannot pick up a load that was already with missed appointment, and they are putting a fake freight guard. STAY AWAY from this people, terrible experience with terrible people.Review from Charles K

Archerhub will not answer phone calls. Trying to get a hold of accounting has proven to be impossible. Would not suggest working with this broker.Review from rostislav g

Shady brokerage! Our driver did a load for them, was early to delivery and then sat for more than 24 hours trying to get empty. The broker would never state what we would get for detention or layover. Do not book loads with this business.Review from Carl C

I delivered a load on July 27,2022 from ********** ******* to ******* *******. Picked up on time and delivered on time. To this day I still havent been paid. They keep telling me that management has to approve the payment. Never had a broker this bad. I wouldnt haul another load for this company.
