Recently bought a 2013 ****** legacy (8/12/24). I originally looked at it a week earlier but wasnt sure, came back because I liked it. Bought it, they assured me it was a good car, somehow it passed emissions, I have lights coming on my dash saying its a transmission solenoid that needs fixed, the insurance I purchased from this dealership says it covers engine/transmission, but come to find it they only cover CERTAIN parts. If you need a part replacement that doesnt fall under what they consider coverage you will pay $$$$. When the problem first happened on 9/4 I sent a video to the dealership person I was dealing with, I never heard anything from them. I contacted them today after I took my car to a repair shop for them to diagnosis the problem and told them the issue and that my 3 month warranty will not cover the problem, the *** told me, "yes, they cover that". He gave me the number to a person at the warranty company, and said for me to take it back to the repair shop and have them submit what the problem is anyway. I told the dealership I wanted my money back as they sold me a bad vehicle, they said they will not do that. I've had this car for less than 30 days and will have to spend $$$ on top of what I bought the car for thinking it was in good condition. I ran a CARFAX report and there has been 3 accidents and an odometer issue with a WY title issues as "NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE ISSUED TITLE". My vehicle can potentially has thousands more miles that what was provided to me.

I purchased a 2008 Infinity G35x from them on 7/26. They assured me how great this car was, blah blah blah. I took the car on a test drive around the neighborhood they are located in. I paid them the $5500 we agreed on. The very next day, I took it in for emissions and it (somehow) passed. On the way home, the check engine light came on. I then made an appointment with ****************** to give the car a look over the very next day. That morning, I woke up with a flat tire on the "new tires" they said were on it. I had to change out the flat tire, take it down to Discount Tire and spend $900 on much needed new tires. Well, the Infiniti dealers gave me a quote for $15,000 in repairs, including needing a new steering rack, tie rods, new sway bar, NEW TRANSMISSION AND TWO NEW CATILYTIC CONVERTERS and more. Most concerning being the cats and transmission as this is a "new-to-me" car and they are over $1700 EACH for the cats and $5000 for the transmission! It is now obvious they were resetting the ecu to keep the check engine light off while trying to sell the car.I tried to reach out to Aspen Motors twice, once by phone and once by email. No reply, no response. "Oh, this car is great! No issues at all!" blah blah is all I got when buying the car. Now I'm stuck spending over $10,000 on this car for it to be legal and road worthy.I will never trust Aspen Motors now, or in the future.Aspen motors needs to be held liable for failure to disclose major issues/defects with the vehicle I purchased from them. As settlement, I will accept them to pay for the catalytic converter replacement on my vehicle. I have a quote from ****************** for $4600 and a quote from another local shop for $3500. I have all the documentation needed. If a settlement is not reached, I will seek out legal action.
