    Incredibly *************Do Not Recommend We had requested a ************ ******* while on vacation and their team was responsive and requested additional information any items not desired or additional items we wanted special attention to, we communicated with their team clearly and they acknowledged the requests.Before returning home, we received a document of several images that first made us suspicious. They had spent a lot of time cleaning items that we had specifically requested not to be cleaned like the interior of our kitchen drawers. When we returned, the house smelt like awful chemicals, our oven had chemicals all over it and required us to clean it off and burn off the remaining residue. The areas had clearly not been cleaned as requested as the floors still had some dirt/hair in areas where a simple vacuum would of sufficed. We continued to review, items had not been dusted and areas like the bathrooms were still dirty, it appeared they had cleaned the bathtub and shower tub but counters/floors, etc were obviously not cleaned.We documented all this upon arrival to our house with video and images and immediately communicated with their team. They said the owner would be in touch, several days later, she reached out and sounded reasonable at first. After some back and forth she offered the same crew return to the house (We denied this as we didn't feel comfortable with their initial clean and felt it wouldn't be right) we didn't hear anything back. After 1+week we reached out as our credit card had been charged without our permission for the service not provided. They have been incredibly defensive and non-responsive with us when attempting to follow up. No solution has yet been provided and we're incredibly disappointed with the initial service that was provided but could have been made right. This company does not provide the services they describe and are unable to follow through with a response or solution when disputed. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

    *** and *********************** hired our company to do a move out/deep clean on January 11, ****. When our staff arrived at the property, it was extremely filthy and cluttered. We have over 145 photos of this property from before our cleaners started, and after they were finished. This property was one of the filthiest properties we have ever cleaned.. Our cleaners did an excellent job on this property, and our photo evidence proves that. ************** has been extremely rude, not only to our cleaning staff, but also our admin staff and accounting staff. He demanded a full refund or threatened us with this review. Our cleaning staff spent 15 hours at this property.. The cleaners did an extremely thorough job, and I am proud of the work that they completed. As a company, we complete over ****** cleans per year. we have been in business for eight years and have won many local awards for best cleaning service.. We strive very hard to not only meet but to exceed our customers expectations. There was absolutely no preparation on the Clarks part to have a cleaning team enter their home. Our staff, worked diligently for 15 hours to completely transform this filthy and cluttered home.. After being harassed by **************, our bookkeeper offered him a discounted rate. He demanded a full refund.The staff of Summit Executive Cleaning stands behind their work, and works very hard to ensure quality service on every job. We will, however, not tolerate being bullied or threatened for free service.

    Good cleaning, but sketchy admin. We've been using Summit for our primary home the last few months. The ******************* hourly, and since my wife and I work from home we are there to let the crew in and wave them goodbye. The cleanings are good, no qualms there, but the surprise is always in the invoice. It's pretty common to receive an invoice with inflated hours, and if I hadn't been checking the invoices against their actual times worked, I estimate I would have paid over $1,200 more since inception.Generally it takes about an hour and a half to clean our home, so if I get an invoice for 2 hours, I just pass it through, because they deserve it. They work hard, and we have somewhat of a relationship at this point. Often, however, I receive an invoice for much higher hours (3+) than was actually worked, and I'm spending my time emailing with the admin team. It's a pleasant surprise when the invoice actually reflects the hours worked.To illustrate my point, one occasion they were here for an hour and 34 minutes, and I received an invoice for 5 hours of labor. Another time I received a 3 hour invoice on an hour and 15 minutes of labor. Yet another time I received a 4.5 hour invoice on 1 hour of labor. The team always corrects them when I bring it up, but if it was a rental and I had no way to confirm, I would have well overpaid. In those 3 examples, I would have overpaid by about $850.I would not recommend Summit if I was a savvy rental owner and cared about my margins. In my experience, it's likely you will pay more than was actually worked (sometimes a lot more). The cleanings are good quality, so I am happy with using them for my primary home.As an aside, generally when I use cleaners for rental properties, I go with a service that charges a fixed cost based on the attributes of the home (square footage, number of beds and **********.)

    ******************** does not take into account when there are multiple cleaners arriving at a property. As a company, we bill per hour.. if a team of three cleaners arrive and they are there for two hours, that is equivalent of six man hours. It will take a crew of three people, two hours to do what would take one person six hours to do. Our cleaners are tracked via GPS on a time stamped app. If there are any discrepancies in the amount of time that our cleaners spend on a property, our admin team, and bookkeeper would look into this, and adjust the rate if needed. We are a very honest company, and have worked hard to build the upstanding reputation that we have. We complete over ****** cleanings per year, and it is unfortunate that every now and then we have a customer who doesnt recognize our value. We had to cut ties with ******************** due to this. We wish him nothing but the best.
