    I cordially complained about receiving the wrong order. I was met with attitude about issuing the complaint. I was called a racial slur in the process of them taking my order to replace it. I knocked on the window to get my money refunded instead as I did not want to support the local place of business. I came to the store to ask to speak with the manager who then chose to take the side of his coworker instead of de-escalate the situation as you would expect from someone in his position. They would not comply with me so I left without receiving either my food that I ordered, nor my money. I was essentially robbed by this establishment.

    This person verbally assaulted an employee, yelled and insulted her and almost broke the window, then he entered through the lobby and began to insult us and call us Mexicans... and he began to throw things that were on the lobby counter at us, thank goodness he didn't hurt any employee, when he heard that we were calling the police he left. Because he didn't wait for the police to arrive and make his complaint. When the police arrived we gave them the person's information and photo, white car without license plates, etc.After a few days he came back again and we returned his money. If he is talking about racism, why did he call us Mexicans who don't speak English, this is a ******************* most of the employees speak Spanish and English. Everything is recorded on video and the police have the person's information.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is all flagrant lies. I challenge them to show footage of me calling them mexicans or any slurs. That's something I wouldn't do. I will admit to knocking on the window but no where near breaking it, and only to get my money back which they had stolen from me. I asked why they were pretending to not speak english when I entered the building because they were speaking english at the window. I was called a racial slur at the window, just before they closed it, which prompted me knocking on the window, even still I didn't do it in an agressive enough way for them to claim I came close to breaking it. They've recorded me in the store, and in the recording you will find me asking the manager, who should be able to speak english, pretending not to be capable of speaking english, as I simply ask them to return my money, and they did not do it.
