    I hired Master Renovations to remodel my suite bathroom (full remodel) and repair drywall on kitchen ceiling, and the company left the job after my final payment without completing the services that I contracted them for and with some issues to be fixed caused by the services performed. They built a misaligned shower pan, did not install the toilet water supply line, had several grout missing spot inside the shower area (that's supposed to be water proof), incorrectly installed new baseboards, badly re-textured the ceiling kitchen leaving it with some bubbles and they did not install the glass shower door. I reached out to the owner and he is refusing to come back to fix the problems caused by his services because he could not take criticism on his bad performance even though it's been a day after they left and according to the owner he would guarantee his services for one year. The company owner did give me some discounts however there was no discount for the terrible job in the kitchen ceiling (except the paint fee) and after having the texture completely dry, I see several defects nor a discount the toilet water supply. They were also very messy and could not clean after themselves at the end of the day. I need assistance from BBB to either have Master Renovations paying someone to fix the issues they left in my non-functional brand new bathroom or give me some money back to hire someone else to fix the problems. It's very frustrated to hire such an unprofessional company.

    I gave this homeowner discounts for everything he was not satisfied with. I offered to fix it while I was still on the jobsite. They chose to take the discount instead. They were very rude and unreasonable about the very little mess we made and the minor problems with their project. I was told to be finished that day by the women of the house. Therefore I completed the projects I was on. Gave discounts and removed any other work not performed, mainly shower door, off ****. Packed my tools. Homeowner agreed job was completed and paid me. I have never refused to return and fix any problems with a job until these unruly people. There is no signed one year warranty contract. Job was deemed finished and paid in full minus generous discounts by  homeowner. Contract states by paying full amount job is complete. I am on another job now and do not have time to satisfy people who cannot be satisfied. I will not be refunding any money towards repair as I had already given them ample on the discounts. You cannot please some people in this world today. I am not happy to have to refuse this request.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business response is unacceptable. They left the job because the arrogant owner does not know how to handle a criticism when he performs a poor job. They left without giving me the chance to review the work and test the new installations so I encountered many more problems and they refused to come back and fix it, but yet he pressured me to get paid. I have text messages between me and the owner stating that he refuses to come back and fix the issues. This company is a joke, unethical and unprofessional. I hope BBB takes the proper action so other clients that rely on BBB do not be fooled by this service provider.
