In late August 2021 I ordered and paid for an ****** Btu furnace and a 4 ton air conditioner. Home Guardian installed them on 8/27/22. It had a one year no risk trial and if you didn't like it for any reason you could return it a get a full refund. We immediately had problems with the A/C as it did not cool the house sufficiently. They came out several time buts nerve got anything fixed. In the winter the temp in the house would drop to 62 or 63 degrees when the thermostat was set at 68 degrees. They never fixed anything. In April 2022 I got another HVAC ** to look at it . They told me I had a 60K BTU furnace and a 3 ton A/C. After pressing and threatening Home Guardian they did come and change my furnace for and 80K BTu unit but they didn't Change the A/C saying I needed to try it for the summer to see how it did. They said they would spend me a refund for the difference in price between the 3 ton and 4 ton A/C. I never got any refund. The a/c still did not work over the summer so I wrote to them in a certified letter and told them to come and pick up the 3Ton A/C unit. That was in in August and I still have not heard from them. I called them one day about a month ago. They did answer the phone buts hung up when I asked for my money back. I have all of the documents if anyone would like to see them

Home Guardian Heating and Air provided me with an online estimate and then I scheduled an in-home estimate. My partner and I agreed to have the company install a furnace, water heater, humidifier, control panel, and air conditioner in our home in January 2022 for a total cost of $23,738.94. They came to install the five items, but said they could not hook up the air conditioner because it was quite snowy. Months, passed, and we had an extremely difficult time contacting the company's representative, ***********************, and the **** installer, *****************************. After some back and forth (**************** claimed ****** was delayed in finishing the work due to two heart attacks and a hospital stay), ******************** finally came out in May 2022 with a new air conditioner and installed it, sayin the one he formerly installed didn't work. After that day, we never were able to get ahold of them again at their place of business. They didn't return our phone calls when we had problems with the A/C and the furnace. We contacted Applewood Plumbing , and they repaired both appliances at our cost. On the last visit with *********, they noted that the humidifier was never hooked up and was non-operational. The estimate to get it operational was $10,000-12,000 because our house doesn't have the power source to support the humidifier, and one would need to be installed. I tried contacting ***********************, ******************* (the company owner) and *****************************, and their phones are disconnected and I checked the local ******** licensing ***** which noted that the *** that Home guardian Heating and Air was under called Mechanical Solutions Group, *** had dissolved at the beginning of October 2022. The humidifier was $1890.00 plus finance charges, and it has never been operational. Now, we have no warranties with the company and no recourse, I believe we were scammed.

Deposit on 6/23 for $5029.00 for the install of air conditioning . Rep came out 6/27 for install. Install took longer than 1 day. Initial work was conduit for electrical. They were supposed to schedule the follow up, I have been trying for 2 weeks to get them to finish and they wont return calls. Have left multiple calls and emails. Tried from various phones.
