            I got T boned in a car accident. Insurance paid over $20,000 to glass house paint studious to fix my car. I got the car back with the trunk still disassembled, the bumper did not fit properly at all. And he ended up telling me he charged for a new quarter panel but just repaired the damaged one. He also only repaired the damaged rear bumper instead of getting a new one like he quoted to insurance. Now I have bad bodywork on my car and cracking bumper and the owner of glass house paint studio ************************* has blown me off ever since. This car is a lease and I cannot trade the car back in with these damages or I will have to pay out of pocket

            There is a detailed account of the issues I have faced/am facing that I posted publicly on my website (with sited communications with the business owner), which can be viewed at https://svtcougar.com/glasshouse-paint-studios-******-********/ ...but the short story is: I paid this shop/business (nearly 10 months ago) to perform paint/body services on my car, and have been misguided and ghosted numerous times as to the condition the car is in and the completion date of the work. In general, I deem the treatment I've received during this time unwarranted (given my attempted open/honest communication and patience along the way) and unfair as far as business practices go. Also, having recently come across some listings online stating that the business entity status is "delinquent", I have concerns that this business is allowed to be operating as a business at all, and likely lacks the proper accreditations and insurances to protect themselves and their customers. This was found/can be seen at https://opengovco.com/business/20201327587 and https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_co/20201327587 ...as well as other concerning items, such as discrepancies in the online listings of the business address, phone, email, establishment date, hours of operation, etc. I've attempted numerous times throughout the past 10 months to communicate with the owner (via email, phone/text, and in-person/visitation to the business) only to be misguided and ghosted (for weeks/months at a time) as to the condition and completion timeline of my vehicle. I have not yet involved an attorney or law enforcement, as I don't believe I have much recourse at this juncture. Filing a lawsuit would likely result in more time lost and cost than the sum of services reimbursed. For these reasons, I feel hopeless in the matter, hence filing this report in order to protect myself and hopefully protect others from this business/these unfair practices in the future.
