I brought my ***** RX450h to change oil 1.30 PM. During this work they found out a radiator had to be changed as well and told me they were going to finish all works by the end of day or early morning next day. Late morning I called them about my car and got an answer "the car isn't ready our mechanic has a different work ". Finely, after 3 PM my car was ready. I was in a hurry to go to work and didn't pay attention for any thing. But after my work, I accidently looked at odometer -it showed ***** ml, on invoice it documented *****. Next day I found that my car got scratched in some places pretty badly, I could clearly see - my car was driven a lot and not carefully. When I came to Fine Tuned Auto and asked to give me some explanations about extra miles and the scratches, the manager **** **** told me - "your car had before fine scratches, extra miles is normal because our mechanic tests the car". Then he turned away of me and didn't pay attention on me any more. Who is going to be responsible for the damage?Review from Karlin M

Called to schedule an AC recharge. Over a week later I started wondering what's taking so long, they lost all of my contact information even though I had their fliers in the car they keep mailing to my house in Erie, CO Was given a very shady diagnosis without any proof to back it up, was told I would be called back but who knows what they are doing behind closed doors... Definitely get a quote from them even if they agree to look at something they think they have someone trained to do otherwise you'll probably be paying under protest for a hackjob diagnosis and no multipoint inspection when they were finished because again they are swamped and can't complete the work like professionals and they can't communicate and keep saying yes
