    Complaint: 21452805

I am rejecting this response because:
I called him over the phone and explained that i paid and he keep saying i did not. he did not even said let me look for your payment or nothing. He just said i did not paid! he was not helpful and at this point i request a full refund and i will never use his services again. Even if i had forgotten to pay he could had better customer service and treat customers with more respect

Alex had previously been to our home to unclog bathroom drain from upstairs to downstairs. A day later it was doing the same. I made an appt with Alex to come back out. I was going to be charged as well for the second visit. Alex was a no show. I had text him. My spouse left a voicemail along with a text, no response. I again text him basically telling him that it was not good customer service by not answering our texts and voicemails as well as no showing for appt. His response was “I did text you, (he did not) yes I forgot your appt but if you wanna act like that find someone else, also your line wouldn’t plug up if you had not put wipes down the line” we did find another plumber who promptly came and finished Alex’s job that was not complete.
