    Hello, I'm reaching out to complain about this company due to the fact they are using my personal phone number for customer complaints. I have had several customers calling me complaining how they are being overcharged for items they didn't purchase from the company. All the clients are being directed to my personal phone number. I have had clients call and disrespect me calling me a fraud and many other names. I have no idea who the company is and have never signed up for their services. I want my number removed off this company website as soon as possible. They will have many more complaints because from the looks of it they are not handle business properly. Can some please contact the head quarter in regards to this matter ? Is there anyway to use their correct number ? I would hate to have to change my personal number that all my actual family member call me on.

    Dr. ********************** CEO of Osmosis had his medical license taken away for burning and infecting patients with lasers. He was also sued by the ************* for consumer fraud. I used his topical and supplement products for 5 months in hopes to clear my acne, convinced by my skincare technician. I ended up developing worsened acne, a new case of eczema I never had before, and permanent scarring. I spent over $4000 on their products. They refunded me $1000 for the unopened products.     The customer reached out to us looking for a refund for an extensive list of products. After review, not all products were purchased through us directly and therefore a refund needs to be requested through the place of original purchase. Our return policy is to refund the consumer if products are returned within ******************************************************* an effort to work with this individual, we made every effort to be flexible with our return policy and issued a refund for products that were purchased outside the 30 day policy as long as they were unopened. This consumer is not eligible for any additional refunds.
