They habitually will not pick up my recycling. I leave it out on our sidewalk, and my neighbors set theirs out in the same location on the sidewalk. Their recycling is collected, and mine is not. I have called and emailed them on several occasions. They state that they will leave a ticket, and it will not be an issue in the future. They have refused to pick collect my recycling five times in 9 weeks. I left another ticket, but I don't expect them to alter their patterns. One week, I was outside, and the thrower picked up my neighbors, saw mine, and walked away. The only reason he picked it up that week is because the driver saw me and pointed to the thrower to go back and get mine.Review from Kendra K

Terrible trash service! Horrible customer service. Upon cancellation we were charged a 50.00 fee to come pick up their container. We didn’t sign a contract and we’re never informed that this fee would be assessed upon cancellation. Highway robbery!! Is there any recourse for this fee?Review from William P.

DO NOT COUNT ON THEM!!! We have used Ram Waste for 6 years. And as their price has increased each year it has become unaffordable for us. We're seniors and one of us is handicapped. I just now changed service due to price and better service. No more trash left in the street as Ram employees actually did often, or leave the empty can behind my car, plus I've caught Ram employees going through our trash!!! Now I cannot get them to answer my call for my refund as I just paid them $110. After 6 years you'd think they'd pay attention and answer their phones. Horrible horrible customer now and in the past. I highly recommend NOT using Ram Waste. I'm sorry I even kept them 6 years!Review from john v

ram is trying a separation fee of fifty dollars, first it was because I did not fulfill my contract then, I did, then it was a fee for picking their trash can. I have no written contract stating any of the things ram said. she was speaking off the cuff trying to find a reason for me to agree on a fee they don't deserve and will not get from meReview from Kerri A

We have been unhappy for a long time with RAM. Especially their prices. I called them to cancel service a month ago for the end of August and they said I would have to call the end of August to cancel , not before. I have been trying to call everyday this week as I have time at work and still haven’t had anyone pick up my calls. I am still on hold right now and have been in the phone for over an hour. I have used Ram Waste Systems for several years. Their latest statement to me includes a paragraph that blames the Covid-19 pandemic for "supply shortages, delays in production, delays in service, and delays in delivery". They are apparently now using a new/different billing system. My account number is different. Instead of a payment due date of 3-4 weeks from the date of statement, the due date now states "due on receipt". My most recent statement is in error. It begins with a previous balance that I do not owe because I always pay my bill in full. Every attempt to call the company has put me on "eternal hold". I would like to cancel my service, but I have no way to reach anyone at Ram.Review from Susan D

In many other RAM responses to BBB cases, RAM has used COVID as an excuse for the poor service. COVID can no longer be blamed for pour service. Yet, the service has not improved.I bought a new home in Timnath in April 2022. I was told by RAM when I started service that the HOA pays for trash pick up. We moved in on 4/27. When trying to drop off the bins, RAM called to ask where our house was. The driver does not know where you’re located. The bins have been out since 4/27 and trash has not been picked up ever. Yes, we had the wrong pick up date, but never brought the bins in. Now it is June, & it still hasn’t been picked up. Bin has been out for 1-1/2 months (P U) My daughter and I have been calling weekly to get the trash picked up. The answer my daughter gets for the trash not being picked up is always different from the answer I get. Needless to say, I would rather pay another company than get it for free through HOA (which really isn’t free). So, now I will paying HOA dues for no trash pick up by RAM and another company to pick up my trash consistently.
