            **************** - Use ********************* instead! All the tech wanted to do was to sell me a new furnace. Wasted an hour of my time, telling me how bad Northern Colorado Air's installation was. The tech new nothing about my furnace, (******, 22 years old Furnace) had to keep looking in a book, quoted me thousands, last time we had the same thing fixed it was $179.00. The tech charged me $141.00 for looking at it and I'm a Senior on SSI. 5 thumbs down

            We are sorry for your experience with one of our technicians. We do try to provide permanent solutions for issues in the home. It looks like we did provide some bandaid fixes for the system as well. Your technician should have gone over those too. We will make sure to talk with the technician about presenting options.
