This company is not professional they were always late, usually 1hr plus. They claim they will start work at 9am but its usually the afternoon before they finally show. They cuss non stop even around small children, they throw their tools on your floor causing dents because they get irritated. They dont come prepared and constantly asking if you as a customer have all these supplies that they should be supplying such as rubbing alcohol, trash bags, an orbital sander, fan, etc. they leave for over 3 hours in the middle of the day because their subpar equipment breaks. They got epoxy on our wall and just was like eh you can just paint it. They got epoxy on our hardwood floor multiple times and just rubbed it in like a child cleaning up a mess, one spot hardened and they took rubbing alcohol to it and took all the finish off our hardwood floor. Try to blame the customer for them messing up. Numerous spots on our cabinet now no longer has the veneer on it due to them pulling tape off that had epoxy underneath it because they dont know how to properly tape. Because they dont know how to properly tape epoxy also leaked down into our sink and garbage disposal. They took a grinder to the countertop and dug in way too much in spots to where now its no longer smooth. Every single night they wanted us to scrape excess epoxy because they didnt want to stay and do THEIR job. They dont clean up at end of the day, they dont clean up their mess at the end of the project, they dont tape off the area so the dust from sanding gets everywhere in the house. Worst part is they always brag that they are the best in ********, anyone could watch a couple ******* videos and do a better job then this so called company. If you are considering epoxy for any project go with anyone else or do it yourself.

Im Extremely sorry that you had such a bad experience with our company.. we did absolutely the best job we could for you guys.. Im sorry we were unable to perform up to your standards. We poured 3 times for you guys, thats unheard of .. You guys know we went above and beyond for you guys This is absolutely insane that you think you can post a review like this with ********* to our lively hoods Further more if our trade is so rediculasly easy then, perhaps you should have saved everyone the time and did these things yourself . you know its real easy to sit there and pick someone or a Small business such as mine apart. Just know though , there was nothing we could have possibly of done to make you happy .. as you go grabbing for the surgical glasses and ***** lights to comb our whole project from the minute we started work until we were out of there. Litterally breathing & standing over our shoulder , litterally Every single minute of that contract..I think that would make anyone uncomfortable trying to perform Every single day there was something wrong with us to you guys.You guys litterally Picked our work apart, with ******** and specs... Yes. We like to think we take pride into what we do .. and we absolutely went ABOVE & BEYOND trying to make you guys happy. And if you consider the contract, because thats all the timeline we are responsible for , then we were actually 2 days early , getting done .. not to mention were a 2 man crew So we dont ever give specific on the money times . We told you that from the beginning. We have a lot going on and other customers as well ,so we give time windows, not times and as far as being prepared , ummmm didnt we litterally gift you guys with about $150 epoxy / pigment out of our own pockets so that your husband could , practice, on the two vanities you have up stairs, and so he could play I. The garage???Not to mention 2 or 3 cans of spray paint that you guys just thought was yours, yet were just takin from me, that I so nicely said go ahead and keep ? Ill tell you what mam, theres karma that comes along with that type of review you decided to give our business.. Dont you have a husband unemployed???? Hangin out in the garage tryin to put a business together and what not.. Just wait until you guys run across some customers like yourselves, and theres nothin you can do to make them happy , Just because . And they start throwin around reviews like that. Youll end up finding out how bad that can truly hurt someones business and lively hood..and further more good everyday people trying to put food on the table for there family.. sorry about the rubbing alcohol, and trash bag???.. and using your already made fan in the kitchen As far as I was concerned , even though you guys were so rediculas , I thought me and your husband had had alittle bit of a repour built up , and we were trying to help each other I mean do you realize how rediculas this is sounding right now??? And we never used any oribital ******* from you??? Huh?? .. we used our very own grinders Yes we use diamond bits to profile your old stone . That takes some serious profiling , to then install the beautiful piece that we did for you.. not to mention us going above and beyond to fix the area you thought we had done. After we had already told you we werent going to beable to fix. But we went ahead and did anyway.. and further more , if what we do is so simple, then you could have watched a video and pulled off that project, then I dont understand why yall just didnt do it yourselves, instead of ask me questions for a week and a half about how we did what we do??? Im not sure I understand all that.. further more you cant blaime us for pre- existing rough spots .. kind of hard to get when you have litterally 3 coats of epoxy coating your old existing top, isnt it???. Pulled the vineer off of your cabinets???? Really??? Thats rediculas. Lets see it then?? Considering, the fact the we barrrrrely taped themThe only reason we had your husband scrape is because he was trying to get a feel for what we do??? Am I right??? Isnt that why we again, litterally gave him epoxy / ******** and his own pigments. Hey but thank you for the knowledge and the $200 plus product care package , am I right??? Out of the years Ive been doin this , *** never in my life been so nervous to go to a job site and try and perform , then your job. In which you stated that you loved when we were done . And I dont think its fair for you to say we cuss infront of little kids . Thats absolutely wrong . Especially when we sat there and heard your husband letting off F bombs left and right and infront of your child , yourselves ... We also did clean up what we could have each time we were through. Infact we had our bags on plastic ,in there own space the whole time we were there.. and how convenient to try and blaime us for the littlest microscopic pre - existing dents and what not, and what not that planted through out your floor. Why not , might as well right. I guess we were just there and fit the **** You know as well I do , that there was nothing we were going to do, from the word go that was going to make you guys happy.. You guys were absolutely Trying Every day to the best of your abilities to try and find something wrong, to No avail.. theres no way possible we were going to make you happy., out of the gate..Absolutely nothing As we litterally tried everything.. I mean I guess Id be upset too if I was the only bread winner in the house and I had a husband that was so good at pointing out everyone elses flaws.and pickin everyone else apart thats out here tryin to make a living. . Thats easy to do , when you dont have Not one customer too boot in how long??? But hey, glad we were able to give him some pointers on the epoxy , otherwise I seriously doubt he would of takin the marble spray for his own Furniture business right!?! Its easy to knock someone else down , when your not makin things happen on your own hard part , is getting out there to make things happen for real on your own. No one is perfect in this world , even when there trying to no avail to be .. we proved that working for yall. Havent we. But hey the more & more he starts focusing on him , hes gonna find out what its like , when he runs across a couple of absolutely rediculas customers such as yourselves.. I mean really guys???? 1 out of 5 stars . And then a completely biest / ungodly exaggerated review like this on someones lively hood , isnt at all cool.. At any point you could of just stopped us , and I wouldve just given you your money back and you guys could of done it yourselves.. and further more yes alittle microscopic bit of epoxy got away from us , but we were able to get it out of the sink, with Zero issues??? Like I said Im sure your gonna feel differently about things once yall get off the ground with your husbands side business.. Your going to find out how hard it really is .. Real easy to pick other people apart though, as youve so chosen to do with me .. just if your going to say these aweful things about a company who takes these sort of matters very serious , you should prolly include the whole story, instead of your rediculasly Exaggerated one sided experience this really hurts my heart , I must say .. because I could have sworn that even though it was a tough 6 days I thought we atleast walked out of there with repore.. which I guess was not at all the case..Not At all Cool.. Im still here though , and Im local you can and could have called me at any point before you decided to make a review like that , and ill STILL try and go above and beyond for yall. Thats how dedicated Iam to my lively hood and how much my customers truly do mean to me. again Were very sorry there was nothin we could do to make you happy we wish we could and Couldve **** knows we tried . And tried , and tried , and tried , and tried some more ..
