May 15 2024 $19,755 Destruction of property. They brought large equipment onto our property and completely destroyed our concrete pad. We asked for them to fix it and they said they would not do it then we requested their insurance information to make an insurance claim on their company. One of their biggest points is they have insurance to cover any damage. They do to the property but in their actual contract, they say we waive all right to do an insurance claim against them. They will not release their insurance information to us. We had one previous crack and they cracked five other pads of our concrete driveway

Gorilla Roof, Inc. went to this home owners home on May 12, 2023 to do a roof inspection for hail damage.  It was noted at that time with photographs that the driveway was cracked and damaged.  The home owner filed a claim with her insurance company for hail damage on January 26, 2024.  Over one year later,  May 26th 2024, Gorilla Roof's supplier parked a delivery truck on the home owner's driveway to roof load the roofing materials.  Gorilla Roof **** parked a dump trailer on the driveway for debris removal the same week when we installed the home owner's new roof.
The driveway was cracked and damaged prior to our parking on the driveway.  We have supplied pictures of this damage to the home owner of her damaged driveway that were taken more than a year prior to our delivery of the roofing materials and installation of the roof.  I have spoken with the home owner on the phone,  via text and email.  She saw the pictures of the damage before we parked on the driveway and understood that the driveway was already damaged.  I am not sure why she now feels Gorilla Roof, Inc. is now responsible to replace a driveway that has been proven to have been damaged prior to Gorilla Roof, Inc. doing any work on the property.
