I shouldve known better when this business wasnt even a Better Business Bureau accredited company. However, on my approximately 3 year Lochnivar furnace it had Climate Control stickers on it so thats why I called that company. The technicians they have sent out have been wonderful, especially ****** and ****. The problem lies in communication within the company. The technicians come out and theyve been out over four times on this furnace, we ask them to please go back and order the part that we give them the authorization to place the order for the needed part. I have had to call each time to find out when are they coming out only to be told that the part was never even ordered. Totally unnecessary delays leaving us on one occasion without hot water for 6 days. Finally, on their most recent visit, which will be their last as I will never allow them in my house again, we were told that the technicians dont have the authorization to order the parts. This important bit of information was never communicated to us. On their last visit, I asked what the part cost and what the service charge was only to find out that the service charges was three times the amount of the part for less than an hours worth of service, I think thats expensive. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, and I definitely tend to share my experience with as many people as I can so that they can choose a different company up in this area with a Better Business Bureau accreditation.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Climate Control Company, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every aspect of the project was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.Dutch and **** were so helpful with the initial consultation and helped me choose the best furnace and A/C unit based on my homes size and my specific requirements. The quote was transparent with no hidden costs. They even found ways to reduce costs and worked with my budget. On installation day, **** and ***** arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous and respectful of my home. They communicated very well every day by texting me when they would arrive and how the project was going. The installation was completed quickly, and they ensured that everything was set up correctly and functioning as it should. Our new system is working so well, and I am loving the new smart thermostat!Everyone at Climate Control Company has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new HVAC system or upgrade.

9/29/23, *** and ****** arrived at our home and immediately started with a diagnosis of our air conditioner. Their professionalism, expertise, and easy to understand explanations were exemplary. I was very pleased with their service and willingness to follow-up on another item. They were very complementary about the leadership of their organization which speaks volumes for the company culture. I could see the pride as they spoke. As a retiree with over 30 years business experience I only have good things to say about this company.
