            This is a self service car washing spot and when I went to use service there were no supplies available. I spent 10 dollars going to the other stall and it did not have supplies available(soap, water pressure low). This business is a scam and its not ok they can just take money.

            Good Morning,

            The air compressor at the carwash went out causing the low/no pressure and doesn't allow the soap to mix properly.  We received a phone call from a concerned customer regarding the issue.  My husband went to Harbor Freight early in the morning to purchase necessary parts to fix the air compressor and made sure the soap was producing a good product.  I did send out $45.00 in refunds to customers that called the posted number. 

              We are not a big corporation operating dozens of carwashes across the country, rather just two retired people trying to run a business.  This is a 24-hour self-serve carwash, we are not there all of the time. *****, depend on customers to give use feedback to offer a better service.   We are not a scam and would gladly issue a refund, if this customer did not receive one. 

            I do appreciate the customers that took the time to let us know there was a problem so we could get it handled ASAP.  I have attached the receipt from the *************** Freight to show the date/ time and parts purchased to resolve the problem.
