    I stayed here on July 1, 2024. The room we stayed in were filthy. Food was all over the floor and after buying disinfectant wipes, I decided to ask for a mop after I founds bugs and ants in the corner. They provided a broom and mop for me to clean my room. The manager said she would provide a discount to the room. I have called now 3 times asking for the credit to my card and they keep saying they will credit my card but it has not happened yet.

    Attempted to stay here on 8/17/23, upon arrival the hotel was so filthy dirty we could not stay there. When to front desk and they were unwilling to give us a refund when we didnt even stay the night there. No apologetic no nothing just stole our money. This hotel is so run down I feel like many Heath **** violations are being broken here. I would t let anyone stay here

    I stayed at this location on May 27. When we first arrived the hotel smelled horrible. It seemed like the hotel had been sprayed with old woman perfume to disguise all the smells coming from the pool and hallways. Immediately my children noticed it smelled horrible. When we entered our room, one of the beds was broken and we immediately told the front desk. They gave us another room and as we walked into that room, the smell in that room was overbearingit smelled like mold and mildew and the bathroom lights were old and flickering. Immediately it did not feel safe or clean. My children have sensitive smells and get migraines. We chose to leave the room immediately and take a walk to the pool. When we got to the pool there were no towels and the walls were dirty. My son saw hair in the pool and bugs in the hot tub. After that my kids could not tolerate the smell and thats when my partner and I complained with the front desk. We told the young women we would like a refund because of all the issues with our room and pool area and how my children at that point had huge migraines due to all the mold and weed and perfume scents in the building. The lady said she could not refund the money and we would have to call tomorrow for a refund. I called the manager the next daytold her everything and she refused to give me a credit or refund. She said it was our fault not theirs. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if traveling with children. I am still requesting a refund. Thanks for your help!

    I reserved 2 rooms on the 15th of September and on the 16th of September they pulled money. I called and told them not to pull money till we got there. So they refunded me which took 7 days to get. We showed up at midnight Fri night and wanted paid. Well my wife paid and then they didn't have the rooms so she wanted her money back. They argued with her about it and in the time they was going back and forth the motel tried pulling money from me 4 more times. Now that I was out 400 dollars the wife is too now and no room. Now they gave her 160 back of her 400 so she uses her card and then they have taken that back just today. They keep running my card and hers and we didn't even stay there.
