    10/9/23 Iktch product reviewed & item identified for purchase. I carefully reviewed the return policy posted on Iktchs website. Iktchs Refund Policy did not mention any Repackaging Fee or ************** Fee on the date of purchase. I captured screen shots of Iktchs Refund Policy web page on 10/23/23 and can provide to BBB 10/10/23 Order placed online (#IKTCH1118)10/15/23 Order delivered 10/18/23 We identified that the chimney of the IKTCH hood was not wide enough and this unit would not work 10/20/23 I emailed Iktch to start the product return following guidance on their website. 10/23/23 ***************************** (Iktch) responded and stated that the return would be accepted. ****** requested photos and informed me that there would be a 3.9% bank charge and Iktch would charge a 20% ************** Fee. The Iktch Refund Policy that I reviewed prior to purchase does not mention any ************** Fee but does indicate that there may be bank charges. 10/23/23 I responded to ******, provided the requested information including photos of the shipping package, and informed ****** that the Refund Policy on their website does not mention a 20% ************** Fee and informed ****** that I would not have purchased the hood if their Refund Policy indicated this. 10/23/23 ****** incorrectly informed me that the Refund Policy does state that there is a 20% charge associated with returns. In addition, ****** informed me that I would have to pay an additional 10% repackaging fee, which is also not mentioned in their Refund Policy.10/23/23 I replied to again inform ****** that neither the ************** Fee or Repackaging Fee are included in Iktchs Refund Policy and again requested that Iktch provide me with return instructions so that I could return the package while we continued to discuss the appropriate refund amount. I did not receive a reply to this e-mail nor did I receive any information about how to return the product.

    Iktch has informed me that they responded to your complaint but the BBB.  I also noticed that my complaint does nto show up on the Iktch Profile on the BBB website. Will my complaint be added to their profile?
