Very cold PA.I HAVE a condition which will leave me paraplegic. And I wasn't permitted to see tgeir holier than thought Neurosurgeon . She made major errors in my medical records. Said you didn't need surgery now. I said but he said I'll become paraplegic. She said, bluntly, "that's right " just matter of fact like someone saying they'd seen it all before. When I cslled to complain, tgey apologize saying they're a. Award winning practice. Do what? Now I've moved and they won't w r ite me a letter to help me certified paratransit services. I have had a couple of big surgery's at ********. My Shoulder replacement was 5 stars but my spine surgery was a 1. Hence, the 3 stars. I have suffered with my back now for over 2 years and did not get much help with the issue. I changed totally the doctor and company and found out my screws are loose from the fusion and pressing on nerves that I have suffered with and have everyday with horrible pain. No one would listen at ********. Their patient portal at my time was like a secret service portal. Never worked, lots of excuses and other doctors couldn't even get info without unnecessary extra work. Just not a professional experience. My doctor "retired abruptly" and I'm glad. My rehab was with a nightmare faculity and when I complained to my doctor I did not even get a call from my doctor or any of the staff. I was to be there 30 days and left in 8. I could not stand when I was dismissed to rehab. It was a terrible experience as was the non care. The best part is that I went to the ************ and now I have actual care. I am so intensely grateful to have yet another amazing surgeon, Dr. ***** *******, on my journey! Dr. ******* has gifted me two new knees that are doing great - and now Dr. ******* is caring (in every way) for my shoulders! My post-op visit was very informative about our plan short-term and long-term. I have an 85% tear of my rotator cuff (which I can live with), and I do have bone on bone arthritis. But he feels like he cleaned up enough in the arthroscopic surgery to buy me a lot of time before replacement! Dr. ******* is very kind, patient, and thorough! Because I have osteoarthritis in my joints, I may very well end up being the Panorama *********************************************** Center Poster Child! Dr. ******* has agreed to be the quarterback of my orthopedic care - which means the world to me. He will collaborate with the other specialists to help me live my best life! And I told him my goal is to become The Bionic Woman of America Ninja Warrior someday! So I start PT tomorrow with the fabulous Kenzie, and its time to get back to CRUSHING IT!Review from Myra P

Panaroma in ****** has some awesome surgeons and some just okay. Watch your billing I received double billing and they didnt bill my insurance only to cause many ******** and trying to get ahold of them was impossible on many account plus going thru the recovery at the same time. I have had the best experience with all my orthopedic needs from Panorama Orthopedic every doctor I have been treated by are simply amazing. I had L5S1 back surgery and knee surgery along with physical therapy and every team I've felt with has been professional and knowledgeable of all my medical needs. I recommend Panorama Orthopedic for all your Orthopedic needs.Review from David B

If your looking for patient care do not go to Panorama Orthopedics, especially ************** and his team. On 12/4/23 I was seen by **************, had Xrays (probable meniscus tear) and was told an *** was needed. Had the *** on 12/19/23. 12/22/23 I Spoke on the phone with ************** and was told he read the report and wanted to wait 3 - 4 weeks to see if the meniscus would heal on its own. At the beginning of the 4th week I contacted his team with a specific list of issues I still had and that I wanted a detailed review of the ***. Made an appointment for 1/19/24. Upon arrival and 45 minutes after I was told to be at their office they revealed that ************** had never got the *** to review. 6 weeks to review imaging you ordered, make an appointment to review and not have for the appointment is a full display of not caring about the patient and their care.Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, PC Response

The day before my appointment with Dr. ***** the office called and had to change the time for a late afternoon appointment to earlier. I set the appointment and was told to be there at 6:30. I got there on time and didnt see the doctor until over two hours later. When I said something to Dr. ***** all he said was didnt my assistant call you?The rest of the appointment went down hill from there. It only appeared he wanted me out of there as quickly as possible.Now, I plan Im requesting my medical records to go elsewhere and starting the process over.The rest of thr appointReview from Lawrence S

My spine surgery was performed by *******************************. I found myself between doctors when ****** and his ENTIRE STAFF left, oddly after my surgery, and I had a 2 month gap in follow up. I had a good appointment with Dr. ************************** the new surgeon, a couple of helpful phone calls, but now repeated calls asking for referrals to several procedures ******** recommended to relieve the ongoing pain and soreness that I have disappointingly have gone unanswered, mysteriously, with no explanation. I have used this Center and have been happy with them in the past because as I have discussed with both doctors there is an extreme shortage of doctors in **********. Yet they have now left me "twisting in the wind" as if they've made their money on my surgery and no longer care about me, the patient. Similarly repeated calls since July to their imaging department for records (probably 6 or 7 by now) go unanswered as well. Took our 18 year old son to Panaramic Orthopedics. We were refered by a Specialist to have physical therapy. The therapist proceeded to tell my son he needed a surgical rod, his back was so bad. Said it was like a 40 year olds back! My son came out crying and totally discouraged and refuses to go back. I had an emergency hip replacement. Wonderful surgeons and great result. And then I tried to refill a very necessary pain med prescription and encountered the extremely unhelpful administrative side of this business. I called my pharmacy on a Sunday to refill the necessary pain medication. They called Panorama Monday and Wed. without response. I went around the pharmacy to Panorama myself on Thursday, and on Friday at noon, the prescription was still not fulfilled. I walked in to Panorama and was told for the first time the ONLY way to fulfill a prescription was to call Panorama, not the pharmacy.The pharmacy *********************** Rch) said they have never heard of such a rule (I've never heard of this either), and there was nothing in the information I received that said this. I asked the office help how I should know this was the rule, and the response multiple times was, "You have our phone number" - nothing in writing. I also asked why they didn't respond to the pharmacy's multiple requests to renew the prescription - no response.The staff was arrogant, defensive, and tried to blame me, "You didn't call us until Thursday". My response, "How was I supposed to know to call you instead of the pharmacy?" And then the non-answer again, "You have our phone number."I was all five's for Panorama through the actual surgical experience. Not being able to get pain meds for a week because of an obscure, secretive rule that they don't think the patient needs to know, and the arrogant blaming that came with it, barely rates a two. What a shame that such great medical help is obscured by administrative lack of clarity, and arrogant unwillingness to provide that simple clarity.Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, PC Response
