******** believed I would actually receive the full scope of services for the contract that was signed. When I wasn't receiving services I called and they did not fix the issue at the following service dates. Their tech was still only spraying the front porch and not full perimeter of my house nor inside, tech wouldn't even come to the front door to attempt inside spray service as requested. When I canceled for poor service, they said I would have to pay a 140 fee. They have sent this to collections and I am now being extorted by Aspen National for services I never received. This company needs investigated

I was told I was getting service for $75.I told the gentleman that I would be moving, and that it would be the only service I wanted. He did not express to me that I would be charged for not continuing service on a house I was selling.They are now trying to charge me an additional $150 for a total of $225 service charge.The young man who came to my house did not go in the crawlspace, he did not enter the back yard, he sprayed around the front of the house, and they were he could reach in my cluttered garage.He was there less than 15min. This is not a $225 service.If you are considering penguin pest control. Run the other way. Scam artists front to back.Penguin Pest Control Response

Hi *******, I appreciate your review and apologize that your experience was not satisfactory. A one-time service is $225. You agreed to have a one-year quarterly treatment service agreement so your initial treatment was discounted to $75. If you decide to cancel service before your one-year service agreement is completed, you agree to pay back the discount provided on the initial service. Since you opted to cancel the service before completing the agreement, you have an additional charge of $150 for the discount repayment. I am sorry that you did not feel the service was worth the cost. Our treatment plans do offer warranties if you are not satisfied with the service. If you would like to resume your treatment plan, we will warranty the first service and correct any issues you had with the initial service. Please call our office if you would like to resume treatments.
